well i watched the vod and that was definitely visualized. that was pretty cool for sure, but itâs kinda a shame that thor really only got to play vs morrigan in like 2 matches (the 1st and 2nd) since xian switched her out from point and thor died to mags afterwards

Yeah, good Thor or no a competent Mags bodies Thor free. Only time he doesnât is if Phoenix is in the back and he doesnât want to burn any meter. ItâsâŚnot a pleasant matchup.
Thor vs mags isnât that bad. Wesker, Zero, Vergil and Spencer are much worse matchups.

Yeah, fromt he times Iâve played Chrsis with Thor and the other way around Wesker gives Thor much more problems than Mags.
Vergil and Spencer I agree with. Serp actually showed why it was bad on stream and wasnât exactly doing himself favors with how he was playing the matchup. And Vergil is Vergil short of lucking an X-Factor Mighty Punish through Swords.
WeskerâŚhe can be a pain. Iâll say a Wesker that knows the matchup is indeed bad. But unlike Vergil and Spencer, he canât just play his normal game and win. He has to play the matchup which not a lot do. Of course more exposure would change that in a hurry.
Zero I honestly donât think is THAT bad. Just have to avoid him mauling us early. If we can get our space to establish our game we actually do well enough. Not beating Zero by any stretch but he has to work for it. If he has Strider in the back thoughâŚyeah⌠We can punish Vajra but keeping track of that AND Zero is not to our advantage in anyway.
But Mags, with proper assists of course (usually Doom Missiles is enough) is a nightmare for us, especially if heâs willing to burn meter. Magnetic Shockwave fucks us over. Mags can stay grounded and just let it rip on reaction to a Might Strike which would let him setup whatever. Not to mention with proper spacing he doesnât have to worry about Strikes in air to air violence.
Wesker plays liek he normally does in that MU, like a complete and total bitch.

Well the main thing would be if heâs smart enough to stay on the ground and Rhino Charge any Mighty Strike attempts.
