Funny thing is, if IM had a good air dash, and PW had his invincible assists back, I would be playing both of them for real.

And by the love of God if there is something i hate is the f*cking ex-seismo, they should make Viper have phoenix health, no hypers, being unable to tag out, have poison all the match and make this move cost 6 bars(yeah i know the game limits the player to only have 5 bars) so nobody can use this move again.
I would love more buffs to characters like Iron Fist and Strange so see them more often, a good thing they should do is that if you break a TAC then you can continue the combo and receive the benefit (so if you break a side TAC your opponent loses a bar, etc) it would be more balanced.
And no capcom, zero doesn’t need more buffs.
As much as I dislike Noel Brown’s personality, I will agree with him when he says TAC’s SHOULD COST a meter to perform. e.g. - If someone wants to do a down TAC, it’ll cost them a meter, and if they successfully pull it off, no consequences will occur (as in, they keep their meter and they gain a meter for the down TAC.) Same goes for side TACs (It’ll cost a meter if you want to perform a side TAC, if countered, it’ll cost you a meter, and your opponent breaks out of your TAC. But if successful, you keep your meter as well as take away one of your opponent’s meter).
Character Specific Nerfs/Buffs:
Zero: Buster cancels was possibly the worst thing to change from Vanilla MvC3… Zero was a great character in MvC3, now he’s a monster in Ultimate.
Wesker: No more of that 1-frame jab-to-command grab BS. Also needs a health nerf, and for god’s sake, make his normals punishable.
Vergil: Cut down his normals range as well as stinger range (2/3rd’s of the screen? Really?). His gucci belt (spiral swords) are practically unpunishable…
Spencer: I’d hate to say it, seeing how I personally love this bastard, but I will agree that his up-grapple damage is pretty ridiculous, needs to be scaled
Doctor Doom: His combos are too easy for the high output he gives, in other words, damage output nerf.
Magneto: Damage output decrease
Iron Man: Give the bastard a decent 8-way dash with GOOD SPEED. Higher damage output
Morrigan: No meter gain during AV
Hsien Ko: I dunno, just make her better
Storm: Give her some sort of OTG, higher DMG output, and more health.
**Sentinel: **Give his invincible drones back
**She-Hulk: **Turn her back into Vanilla She-Hulk
**Spiderman: **Higher DMG output
**Taskmaster: **Scale his DHC supers…
Felicia: I dunno, just make her better
That’s all I can think of for now, I’ll probably vent my anger and release my “saltiness” again if I can think of any more buffs/nerfs that should happen.

The TAC costing a meter sound good.
I like Wesker as he is now, he is not overpowered because he lacks good zoning tools aside from his gun, also if capcom puts his 1 frame command throw it will be waaaay weaker.
Vergil is weird, make his damage a little less and it is fine, yeah he has swords, but his most exploitable weakness is that he needs to eat a full incoming mixup because of his lack of air movement,maybe a little less health and change the properties of the spiral swords like being projectile weak or something like that.
Magneto is fine as he is, he just has great resest options, if they take out TAC or change the mechanic it will take out the variables of magneto’s resets so it will make them a bit more predictable instead of guessing if he will do a TAC or a Reset.
Morrigan is fine.
Taskmaster is fine, if they take his damage of his supers out he will be les usable.
I agree with Zero nerf, they should take out the special cancelable buster, is stupis as hell.
Buff Iron man,Iron Fist, X-23.
Felicia just needs more options in the air aside from delta kick and grabs and she would be a lot better.
And please capcom i want the Dante’s Hammer back, leave the damage nerf, leave the normals nerf, just by the love of god put his hammer back, or make him being able to combo of a ground throw, it would be the best thing ever.
If i worked for capcom, dante would have the hammer back with 800+ frames of advantage, a new hyper that stops time and lets me do all i want for 90 marvel seconds(Quicksilver), make him have 1,500,000,000,000,000(maybe a bit more) health, and 73 moves, and all of them produce 1,000,000 chip damage and build five bars and steals all the meter from my opponent on block.
Maybe i would put an airdash in Iron Fist, but that would be broken.
Only thing i want for Strange is for the graces OTG and L mystic sword to pop the opponent a little higher so you can use his standard BnBs online
TAC’s would still be broken as fuck even if they cost a meter since they lead to infinites and all kinds of TOD’s. The mechanic is fundamentally flawed because it resets histun and has next to no drawbacks. The idea of only costing bar if they get broken is a fucking slap on the wrist and would be compeltely ineffectual.
Iron Man and Spiderman both hit like a truck man. Neither need a damage boost when they both hit 1 million damage for 1 bar.
Storm has 3 OTG’s
Wesker’s health doesn’t need to be nerfed further, just make more of his stuff unsafe so he’s not as auto-pilot
Task’s supers scale identically to any other supers and don’t even do 200k when fully scaled. Fatal Claw and Million Dollars do more if we’re being picky.
Spencer would suck balls if his vertical grapples scaled like everything else. Damage is his niche, he doesn’t really excel at much else. If you’re going to do that, you need to change his minimum scaling to 20% or something.
I won’t address your other points, but you’re completely off on a lot of this stuff and it’s glaringly obvious you don’t know much about the game.

one thing Iron fist needs is the ability to destroy projectiles like vergil can with his sword by using one of his chi stances or at least absorb some and a rapid c.:l:, Iron man is already too strong and he has broken elements like him un-pushblockable repulser, X-23 is fine ppl dont player her cuz of low health her mix up game and high priority normals cmd grab are crazy she raelly is unexplored in sense of her fighting style
Vergils spiral sword are ok, i still dont know why ppl just dont punish it with a 2 frame snap back to cancel it.
I think felicia is just fine, I dont know why ppl dont play her the way she was designed which is a light grappler which centers around tick throw set ups and cmd grab set up and counter set ups with the high priority cat scratch L which beats nearly every normal in the game except for a few.
as far as assist go Dr doom needs a bit of a nerf in how many missiles come out they are not even missiles anymore in my eyes their salt shakers.I think if they cut it down by 2 or 3 it would be fair.
That is a reason why i said i felt weird about Vergil, i don’t think his swords are unstopabble because there are ways to punish them, and also he needs to eat mixups when entering, but i thing they should be toned down a little(though don’t know how).
I play Felicia something like that( though i suck with her) but he really needs to be able to do something in the air, it will make her a lot better, i love the character and the way she is, i just want a tool that can cover her flaws when she is in the air.
Doom seems fine, well maybe because my team can kill an assist incredible quick (Sentinel Force+x-Factor Sentinel Force+Chaotic Flame=Overkill any assist,though sometimes is just sentinel Force>chaotic flame, but usually it kills), he is in the screen a good portion of the time to be punished.

His +:h: nullifies projectiles and his Chi absorbs one hit only so in a sense it already does. The reason why his chi parry is useless is because he cannot act directly after a parry unless he cancels into one of his horribly unsafe hypers. Whenever you parry they are going to recover before you anyway. An actual buff would be to allow him to cancel chi into Rekkas. His cr.L is mashable, it’s just not low and has no range. :china:

People still don’t seem to know that TACs don’t reset hitstun scaling, it pauses it. Reseting the hitstun scaling wouldn’t allow for infinites.
Knowing Capcom, they’ll probably give each character or almost all the characters one or two changes.
