I think Character Loyalist/Low tier hero don’t really see it like that. They always seem to think that if they can beat the player, then they will end up winning overcome the bad matchup. I doubt many of those stubborn bastards think their character sucks.

naoto gets 7k without smp, she is clearly designed to do a fuck ton of damage off of mudon, the fact that she gets a situational 100% is not a big deal when the trade off of tools she doesn’t have kill her before she can touch you. I honestly think she is bottom 5, without smp loops she is bottom 2.

He thought of dropping him. I think he tired Seth, and shit after the AE 2012 ‘nerfs’(boo hoo Akuma is still possibly the best in the game AGAIN). Tokido picks the most abusable not always the absolute best.

They can see it however they want, a good player with a good character is better than a good player with a bad character… Period.

Not necessarily. Compare Arakune to say Ragna in BB. Ragna had more favorable matchups but Arakune was more abusive. Or say Vega in ST vs Dhaslim. I believe Dhaslim is the best in the game but Vega is far more abusable.

That’s why I feel he’s the best competitive fighting game player overall. He plays so many titles so he knows how to quickly discreet and stay competitive even in titles he rarely gets to practice.
