Eh thread is pointless until the changes are final anyway. I’m enjoying the salt bath from the arguing about who and what deserves nerfs/buffs.

I want them to stay the same and I want all the other characters to be buffed so that they are as broken if not more broken than what the other top tier characters are. That’s what this game should be about.

Besides Hulk having more armor on his standing H… which only works on scrubs or in very certain situations.

I always thought Hulks St. H should have been hyper armor, no more bullshit rushing Hulk down.
Anything new on Chris? Did he get any new moves? Does his Grenade launcher fully combo instead the first bomb? Did his normals get better/faster?

Wesker, at most, needed to lose 100 to 150 of his health. Aside from that the character is freaking perfect. There is no reason to nerf him just like there is no reason to nerf a lot of the characters that are getting hit to ridiculous extremes with the nerf bat. Magneto needed to lose his insane disruptor and his hyper grav loop but aside from that, anything else is too much. Wolverine with a more punishable dive kick, punishable and slower slash would have been just fine. Akuma doesn’t deserve most of the nerfs he is getting and neither do a shitload of the characters. If they powered up the rest of the cast around Taskmaster, Wesker, Akuma, the game would be amazing; instead we are going to get a lot of really shitty nerfs that change the way characters play for no good reason.

And enough bitching about fucking Wesker. He has a lot of predictable mixups and his command grab has amazing shitty range. If you are getting opened up by it, the problem is on your end, not the character being ridiculous.

One thing they do need to do and won’t get done is to fix the speed of everybody’s normal. This is fucking Marvel, unless you are giving people crazy reach with them, there’s no excuse for how slow a lot of the normals are and for how shitty the reach on them are. Zero can bully a good chunk of the cast with his normals alone because of how shitty other people’s stuff are.
