Um I know this is going to sound extremely stupid, but what is the difference between unfly and refly? Is unfly just when you fly at some point in the air combo, then do whatever sequence, then you deactivate fly and drop down while doing some more stuff? And if thats right, how exactly do you do refly then? Do you just leave fly mode on the whole time, and keep moving up?

To put it simple, unfly in this game is simply deactivating flight mode (was different in mvc2), while refly is not in this game. Flight mechanics are quite different from marvel 2.

Finally got the game today, having a good time with the new characters :).

Boy, Haggar can do some really damaging combos with that OTG he gained, now I finally see myself using his Piledriver/Backdrop a lot more. Good thing that you don’t need to use his Body Splash super for OTGs anymore, I didn’t even use it, but it’s really good to see he has more options for combos.

The online in this game is really good… thank god the netcode handles lag well compared to the first one, not perfect, of course there are lags, but compared to MvC3, I just like it.

I’m just hurt because of the hit stun nerf across the board…what’s the point of haven’t an assist to extend combo 's when they are gonna just fall out off if…sigh*

Hah hah - while I was installing the game, I thought I’d play a little bit of DCUO on the PC while I wait.

I boot it up and there’s a 1GB update. So I still had to sit there and watch hot progress bar on progress bar action.

Especially the one with the reporters in the background taking pictures, I remember instantly falling in love with the stage theme.

I need to dive into the new characters more but I really like the new menu design and presentation changes. I’m glad that they finally fixed it where if one your characters is dead, both of the assist buttons will work to bring out your last assist character.

On a side note, is anyone here getting a high amount of Vergil matches? It’s already becoming overwhelming, and I like playing Vergil, so I like it.

Nah, I doubt Nova’s alt is supposed to be that one, too many differences in the design such as helmet and armband colours/shape for it to be that. I looked up his classic outfit, which it seems closer to it at a glance, but there’s still a few differences to it that make it not quite the same thing. So I’m not sure if the outfit is from a particular design or Capcom just decided to adjust it somewhat for whatever reason. Looks closest to this one as far as I could find:

I’ve been spending a lot of time in the lab with Wright, Doom Beam helps him a lot. Getting the evidence isn’t incredibly tough, but combing into objection isn’t easy at all. Totally worth it though. You Objection, kill one character, tag out, and then you have an assist that makes Tron Fire look like crap. Turnabout Press The Witness not only deals 240,000+ damage, but it wall bounces which means free combo, and it’s virtually impossible to beat, harder than Haggar or Tron.

Just saw a sign saying that there’s a fighting game get-together/tourney at my school. There will be SF4, Smash Bros. Brawl, and Smash Bros. Original. But no Marvel.

Man that really sucks to hear about my Main. : [ I mean I could Boldcancel already, but im not gonna lie sometimes it was more confortable doing the easier startup (Just l,m,h,s) into some other stylish ish’ but fine w/e, I can BC, but when you BC you have a chance of messing up doing cause of some BS too? Man that blows.

Every characters L,M,H,S Should connect, that’s BS. Its also weird they made Killerbee and Flameswords useless from what Im hearing…Why have those moves in then?
