Chibitesaru is actually in the game essentially. On Phoenix Wright’s Red/Yellow alt Missile (his throw and assist dog) becomes a reskin of Amaterasu albeit much smaller.
Why are all the friendly PSNers so far away? I keep going to friend you guys, then I check location. It’s always Texas, Cali, or Canada. I’d talk about my characters, but I haven’t read any comics or anything, so I’d basically be writing several paragraphs that consist of “I picked him because I thought it’d be cool.” Think Shuma-Gorath Costume Breakdown.

I remember seeing official art of Akuma sitting with some children, causing them no harm. It reminded me a lot of similar official art of Iori that had him pouring milk for a stray cat. In essence, they aren’t that bad outside of battle - we just never really see them outside of battle, where they are utter monsters.
Oh yeah, I guess you guys can friend me on PSN: the_7k. After getting thrashed in UMvC3 1-12 last time I played, though, I’m kinda teetering between wanting to improve or just giving up. 2 decades of experience don’t mean jack when I’ve got this much scrub in me.
Way back when, I remember seeing a picture of the whole Darkstalkers crew. I only knew the MvC2 guys and saw Anakaris and thought, “Hey, it’s that cool mummy guy.” Then I saw Hsien-Ko and, thinking she was some sort of puppet girl, thought her as pretty cool too. The Internet shortly afterward lead me to her character art. Once I recognized the classic Chinese attire and the spell tag, my opinion changed from “Cool puppet girl” to “Awesome, she’s a Jiang Shi!” Downloaded an emulator, did some research, was hooked. Cute, strong, slightly tomboyish undead Chinese martial artist girl with Hammerspace/I have no idea what just happened powers who knows when to be spunky and positive and when to be serious. Been my favorite Fighter character, and one of my favorite video game characters in general, ever since.
I tend to gravitate towards oddballs. Dhalsim as a wee lad (don’t like heavy zoning, though), Anakaris, Lei Lei, Necro (and Twelve to an extent), Shuma, Faust… I like the strange. Embrace weirdness.
Plus, it helps if they have unique normals. Makes visualizing combos and the like easier for me.
I noticed during Wesker’s win animation when he chokes the cameraman his shadow behind him shows he’s not choking anyone or anything. Now I’ll never be able to look at it the same way again.
I remember reading somewhere that Akuma makes sandals for a living and gives fruit to poor children because he doesn’t believe in the waste of a life not yet fulfilled. An admirable ideal, in my opinion. It’s just that his ways of finding oneself are kinda warped.
And hey, don’t feel bad. I just got done playing Vampire Savior against the computer (can’t configure the stupid routers right now for GGPO), and I got thrashed by Demitri so many times I can’t even count, probably around 40 matches. I swear i wasted something like $60 virtual dollars or more on that. Granted, I was on a keyboard on an 8-hour bus ride against the hardest difficulty, but still, the amount of lemon cradles and shit that I blindly ran into and the crap I just threw out and mashed left me a bit depressed. Then I went to go beat on Talbain and it made everything feel better.
Don’t let Morrigan have it. Or maybe, let her. Depends on what you want done to it and if you don’t mind her using it in Morrigan ways.

i guess anyone who wants to rack a few wins up on the PSN and is on the east coast (NYC here) add me.
I currently plan on using Nova, and focusing a team around Nova. I have taken a look at the whole cast and I am still unsure who are the best options for Nova (besides spencer). I have currently taken a look at the following characters, and I like them a quite a bit. Would any of them work well with Nova realistically?
Ghost Rider
Tron Bonne
Nemesis T-Type
Phoenix Wright
Taskmaster
And if they do what would be a good team set-up to utilize everyone to their maximum potential. I am open to any other characters, but keep the above characters in mind as well.
