How come Capcom is not releasing Ultra Street Fighter for XB1/PS4? From what I hear they are keeping it on the old consoles. I think it would be fun to play the new street fighter on the new console. The lag is a lot better, and I’m not satisfied with Killer Instinct 3.
I think we should start a petition to have Ultra released on the new consoles!

I believe Capcom has already stated they do not have the resources to make a new one. That would be nice though.
As of right now, I’m happy there’s no new Capcom fighting game coming out on the PS4/XBone any time soon. If they released anything on a new console, including a next gen version of USF4, I’d be inclined to buy a new console and new fight stick for said console, and I don’t want to make that investment right now.
Didn’t the Hadouken Cabs video hint that there’d be a PS4 port at least?

there is a reason why some games dont get released on new consoles. no money to update the graphics.
eg look what happened to Konami’s PES2014. No next-gen release and even less licensed teams.
Every major publisher releasing cross-platform boasted something superior for the PS4/XB1 release (AC4, FIFA14, NBA14), even if the end result wasnt that convincing.
A PS4/XB1 release of USF4 will have nothing to show, because SF4 never looked that good anyway. Capcom need to overhaul their engine, but that is not likely to happen.

meh so theres no demand to have ultra on the new consoles. i guess thats why capcom is not bothering to release it on xb1/ps4

Edit: not sure why you would think PS4/Xboned SF4 would be less laggy either.
Im sure USF4 will get released for next gen consoles later on.
it would be surprising if USF4 dosnt make its way to PS4, such an easy port to make considering PS4 similarities with PC and sony not having a solid line up for the first year at least
