They didn’t give Hawk a gun but they made him a bullet. CONDOR SPIRE
Hawk applied for concealed carry for that gun.

Well, this looks bad but maybe the hitstun is long enough for him to be pretty safe.
Honda is a big hated character at low levels because he’s so safe and easy to win with against bad people, I’m not surprised they decided to nerf him this way.
EX Headbutt is already unsafe in terms of hitstun. The only reason he’s good now from it is the pushback. -8 is pretty nasty for that distance.
You think it’s still gonna be -8 ?
Damn son, a lot of characters will be able to just Ultra punish it at that range if it’s true.
