It’s just that I really don’t see how Cammy and Blanka are similar… at all. Their commands are different, their play styles are different… Cammy is usually rushdown and Blanka is all about shenanigans.

But what you’re saying isn’t right. Blanka has been a shitty character ever since the game came out in 2009 or whatever I don’t remember when it was. I’d say he’s mostly getting buffs in the new version. Certaintly, they’re fixing something that’s been wrong with him since the beginning, unsafe Blanka ball on hit. Blanka’s getting bufffed cuz he’s been week in every game in the SF4 series.
Cammy, on the other hand, is a completely different story. In our current game, AE v2012, she’s arguably the best character in the game… her vortex bullshit is annoying and hard to react to consistently. That’s why she’s getting nerfed, cuz she needs to be.
I think he wants Blanka to have a dive kick. And show more skin.
