Bitter doesn’t even begin to justify my hatred for Wesker. I’d rather face Dante any day knowing that they have to play a poke game and connect off of it than watch another overhead teleport off of a random pistol thanks to the wonderful frame lag attached to almost everything in this game but Wesker. Not to mention his ****ing pistol input is a silly 6H, with a button press teleport that follows, able to utilitze his full-jump 5C (Or is it 5D?) which puts everyone in a ridiculous hit-stun and allows him to ground combo afterwards without need to even worry if he’s going to be punished or not.

To be fair, he has the equivalent of ‘Zero’ health which helps to justify his could-be broken 4-way instant mixups, but as we the players have come to understand, low health doesn’t justify anything except to help encourage x-factor kills and ToDs. Capcom might as well give Strider all the tools in the damn world to never be touched and give him 100 health to compensate for it.

It does when you’re trying to chip someone out. It’s also riskier to press buttons and get hit by random hypers.

Someone should make a compilation video of random hypers used against them. I’d pay money to see that, especially since I’d probably end up being one of the people they faced off against. Well, except my random hypers are always punishable because my hands get too cold to work properly anymore

I hope they are nerfing simple characters like hulk, cap, thor, chun, wesker etc because those characters are boring as hell to watch. Ppl complain that dante, magneto, ammy are seen too often or too powerful but you have to admit, they are fun as hell to watch.

What are NERFs you are salty/happy over? Or buffs your salty/happy over in some cases? Rather than characters in general.

I’ll start, Tron fire is one thing to nerf, but on a character who already struggles to get in, the j.H nerf was a step too far. They really hurt Tron on point. Servbot speed is useless, doesn’t change what they can and can’t be used for much, or really at all. If anything Tron should’ve gotten more ways to get in OR should’ve had her beacon bombs (the paralyzing marker gun) get really fast so she could actually catch people with them. They really killed this character. For no good reason except a few whiners. Salty Salty.

I said the same thing about Tron in another thread and ppl said I was overreacting. Nice to see that some see the Tron nerfs for what they are.

And as for wanting nerfs I just wanted X-Factor toned down. I got that but then they lowered health so I dunno. I play Task/Doom and im just happy that not only did I avoid the nerf bat, both my characters were improved for some crazy reason.

Hey now, calm your shit. Rage/Sodium like this ain’t good for the body. And baiting isn’t good for forums. Someone already made a point out of “Wesker is just as bad as Dante” so now I don’t have anything to point out to generate salt-flying in this here salt thread. But I do get to say this: With Wesker Godly Command normal guns>teleport, Wesker is probably one of if not the best characters for punishing Dante’s spacing attempts with the least effort possible, especially since Wesker can easily one touch death Dante with a good ABC no problem. If you can’t stop Dante with Wesker, assuming the other guy isn’t just totally out of your league, then its on you, not the characters, since your working with a favorable matchup while using Albert “Cannot Be Zoned” Wesker.

But, as I said before, people will hold their opinions. I already went in depth on my thoughts on Dante, and of both his strengths and weaknesses. Cheap/Broken is not the title. But if that’s your belief I can’t change it. And I won’t bother. Silly to waste time like that. Still, I will admit, people’s salt about a lot of the cast (mostly the people who think Dante is greater or equal to Wolvie/Phoenix, Hulk s.H is derpy, just the common misconceptions gone wrong) get me salty fast. I can deals with it though.

Are you sure you play Dante? Cause if you did, you’d know that Wesker/Dante is in no way a favorable matchup for Wesker. And the people who think Dante>>Wolvie are right. The only character better than Dante would be Phoenix.

Cheap/Broken is a title that can be rightfully affixed to all the top characters in the game and Dante is no exception. You gotta accept that you’re playing a broken character bro, ain’t nothing wrong with that.

Hey I didn’t mean its simple to win. He’s a simple character and thats the problem. He most of his tools really suck. If they are going to buff him, then they need to give him more tools and buff existing tools. I was dissapointed when they revealed the thor gameplay trailer and I’m still dissappointed because he hasn’t evolved much since then.** Its like capcom gave him a generic moveset from other characters except there bad. He has a generic projectile, grab, charge move (not the motion inputs), generic supers. Sure hes the only tank character with mobility but he’s the most non innovative character. Well actually not the most but close to it.** the reason why he’s in the game is because he’s popular but it seemed like the developers barely worked on his concept.
