Just showing off the post-level 3 pick-up there. Instead of coldshower > prop shredder, you can do, on every character in the cast:
Dash :h: xx Volcano. It’s like a Kara Kara Volcano. Don’t know if it’s new, I’ve never seen anyone do it.
You can probably get a lot more damage from it if you use assists and stretch it farther, but I’m kinda scrubby with Dante

haha, it’s hard, but it’s nothing impossible. if you can do plink dash after j.S, Triple Volcano with strider and all that stuff, this should not be a problem at all.
A few tips for tech with wesker and sentinel:
Sent assist. When finishing a combo off of a double beehive instead of doing the second behive and million dollars do this
:f:+:h: ~ :qcb:+:m:+:a1:, j.:qcf:+:h: , :qcf:+:m: ~ , :f:+:h: ~ :qcf: +

Builds about a bar and does over 50k when combo is scaled
random stinger + sent assist bold into reverb shock is a great way to keep people under sent drones as well as :h: + sent drones into weasel shot
lots of air plays + sent (remember you can dash forward and combo from an air play)
Wesker assist. Wesker is just a damage boost for dante’s combos try to get your opponent grounded with hammer or j.s and do :a1: , hammer
Do this as early as possible in the combo to get the most damage.
Another notation off a hammer is :a1: + :d:, :d:+ :s:, hammer. This is useful for positioning your opponent into corners and it looks somewhat stylish. most useful when the stinger lv.2 hits them and you teleport, resulting in your back in the corner of the stage. Do the teleport to put them in the corner instead of you.
you can add another hammer in the combo with Wesker’s assist? never thought of that,

Hey everyone I run the dreaded Zero May Cry but I need an optimized Dante combo and notations that doesn’t use a wallbounce so I can save it for Vergil. I can’t find it on this thread that’s why I’m asking.

Is there a specific amount of hits for S-H-f+H (lvl 2 stinger) to hit? It seems like 95% of the time, it completely whiffs for me and it’s screwing up my combos.
i have no idea what a CP PS AR is, but it sounds like next-level high damage shit. Definitely.

It is more about timing and distance then hit count. You can do it almost always even if you can’t connect another round of S-H.
experiment with the distance, and in a match, if you are to close go for Reverb Shock

Nice vid. I really need to get on those shot loops. Its pretty sad however that just doing Killerbee after hammer is already like a 4 hit 400~k especially with an assist and its easy as hell lol. Seeing those advanced combos build a bit more meter but doing not nearly that in 10x more hits is sad. But thats how its always been xD
I actually don’t believe anyone should go for shots loop unless:
- they styling
- they can do it 99/100 in training.
really, dropping combo for 10-15 more meter is stupid
