Both Skrull and Spencer felt really good to me. Nova felt a bit weird, and not being able to use specials freely is a drag. Still, if I had to bet I’d say he’s on the lower end of A.
X-23 felt right at home, and the Crescent Scythe cancelling into the talon attack makes me happy.
Finally, I’ll be surprised if Strange isn’t top. Spell of Vishanti is disgusting.

while everyone is crying over how wesker is pretty much untouched, they are paying no attention to dormammu.
hes so much better in umvc3.
the dark matter buff is huge.
being able to dark matter xx teleport is a lot like weskers gunshot xx teleport except dormammu isnt limited to his teleport and he gets a free combo if it hits.
dark matter xx fly xx unfly or dark matter xx dark spell cuts down the recovery and gives him a free hand raise and also a free combo if it hits.
dark matter xx blackhole/liberation/stalking flare makes controlling space so much easier. you can send a dark matter, see how the opponent reacts and make him take chip/real damage from the followup. dark hole has even faster startup i think.
flight mode is better and he can still plink wavedash in the air. this allows more combo opportunities but he can now charge dark spell while running away.
i havent tested it but i heard dark spells have been buffed significantly. you cant stuff him out of his meteors and i think the big explosion has some invincibiliy. so not only is it easier to charge up dark spells, you cant get hit out of it now.
oh and he can combo against midgets now. so no more missing c.mp into launcher vs them now.
and of course he can ground throw into liberation xx chaotic flame.
not too sure about this but a friend who has the guide early told me he also has a damage buff.
With how easily Frank can get to Level 4/5, and how awesome he is at those levels, there’s no way Frank is going to be anything less than mid tier.

I see him as high, I mean he’s everything She-Hulk was + more.

Tbh I don´t feel wolverine nerfs are as significant as people claim. He is pretty much the same except for the early xfactor kill 2 characters thing.
I actually did that with my Zero/Dante/??? team today and not only is the team better, the colors are fucking godlike. All white and blue. Doctor Doom makes any team better.
It’s more because everyone has preemptive hate for Wesker, while most of the high tier but not yet top tiers like Spencer, Storm, and Dormammu still get love.
So pretty much take Doom, add water, and you have instant synergy?
Dunno, I restrained myself from calling him A tier material because 1. I don’t have the game yet (LOL) and 2. People have only had the game for about a week.
I can only confidently say that he’s viable.
Hammer is no longer freakin impossible to do online and is cool to add a little flare to a simple Dante like mines 
My impressions about the things I’ve seen you guys talking about:
The characters that were good before are still good. They are slightly more balanced and I applaud capcom, but they still have a lot of broken tools. Vergil is godlike but a little over-hyped. Strange isn’t as good as I initially thought. All this Nemesis speculation seems a little unwarranted, IMHO he can’t be above mid-tier. Zero isn’t the best in the game but he is still top. Phoenix and Frank are not going to end up being top. Frank > Phoenix though. Strider is good at any slot, top tier but his low health IS an issue regardless of what any one things. Especially considering his normals aren’t that far reaching and chip damage is more effective in this game. Firebrand is going to be pretty good once people get control of him. Ghost Rider is only going to be good with very select assist. Taskmaster > Hawkeye. Nova is overrated. Finally, Dormammu is very close to being the best but he is a little specialized.
All these things could change of course. It’s day 2.
I really like Strider but I don’t know what to do or who to play with him. I need to wait for clockwork to play so I can copy him

This exactly. You still have to open people up to get any PP.
Read the strategy guide and noticed Ammy gets up to a 40 percent speed boost in XF but Hulk still gets none.
And now her’s is almost gone thanks to every good assist being nerfed.
She still has fantastic lows command throws and resets. I’m sure she’ll find new assist to help her out.
