im sure as long you can get the sticks replaced, buttons shouldnt be much of a stretch, just make sure that theyre convex

sup andy. i’d love to go, but it looks like i’m already booked for a party and a poker night that weekend. Along with that, i don’t think i could afford to make the trip. :sad: I hope i can go to AZ someday tho. :encore:

on a side note about ZZ, today we had more people playing marvel than ever. They all got wasted by my sentinel, but still, i’m glad there are freshman this year who are actually interested in somewhat high level play. This could be the jolt the UCI marvel scene needed. feels good to be back

5.65 is out. I’ve got the mappage, but, rtsgames is down all the fucking time now.

New heroes: raider and protector. NOt sure what raider does, since i kept beasting all over the player i went up against until he left. Treeant gives true sight from nearby trees, so, you can see Phantom and Bonez without needing a goddamned gem.

RECIPES ARE GONE. I REPEAT RECIPES ARE GONE. haha. j/k. HOWEVER, recipe style is different, a lot of items are gone, namely: upgrader. How do you make certain items then? You HAVE to buy the recipe list if you’re going to get that item. So, say you want to get the boots of travel, you have to do this:

buy boots of speed
buy recipe from tier 1 shop
recipe + boots turns into boots of travel.

Some recipes are really expensive (boots of travel recipe = 2900), but, some are really cheap, like the ones that never needed an upgrader (e.g., oblivion staff recipe = 1 gold).

Not sure about stat changes, but resurrection bug is back. Meaning, if you die, and you buy yourself back, and you die before your “respawn” timer goes to zero, you’ll get a free resurrection. I did it. I beasted all over the other team’s base. GG.

Also, uci freshies suck at dota. Don’t trust them on the channel. Clarissa and I fucked some of them up HARDCORE last night

My friend Will will be visiting from out of town on October 8. If there’s no tourneys scheduled for that day, I’ll probably just tell him to go to ZZ or Camelot for some CvS2 on that Friday. He’s one of the best A-Groove players that I know of so better come out and play him! :tup:

i checked the RTSgames site and 5.65 is not an official version, at least the ones that came out last night don’t seem to be. hopefully people will not play an unofficial version…but whatever…most wc3 players are gay anyways, no hope for them.

so let’s see…mike beats me in cvs2 cuz i mess up RC a couple times and he’s captilize on it with a “simple combo”(which he can’t do on reaction other than me whiffing) into super…whoopie dee doo…fix the sticks…

Hey what’s up guys.

Ben (MScrub) suggested a tourney. 3rd Strike is definitely gonna be one game, anyone else want others? CvS2 might have the 360s soon, and MvC2 has seen a boost in interested players…anyway, if you’re interested then PM me instead of clogging the thread. Gotta make way for fighting game discussion…you know, like dota and stuff -_-

Anyway, Ben also suggested next week. That would be the Saturday of Week 1. Is that cool? PM PM PM
