nope. most of the regulars that are still down here are probably over at my place playing (except, of course, the marvel, tekken and sc2 players. the last two for obvious reasons :D)
i play sometimes on mon, wed, and friday after 1-ish, till 2-4pm.
i play cvs2, 3s, mvc2, ggxx, sc2, svc, so i’m down for any of those games…
except i suck at mvc2, there is NO ggxx arcade, SVC sticks are broken(not to mention the game), and sc2 attracts weirdos
And I’m usually there giving Allen rounds, since I know he always need something to cheer him up, and I got my women waiting at home

okay eliot here’s the scoop.
my roommate is moving out on the 17th(friday). i told him you might move in on the 19th and i need to get a confirmation. he wants to kno if you can pay for HALF the rent.
whether you like it or not, here’s my opinion. tell him to go fuck himself up the ass and refuse to pay “HALF” the fucking rent, cuz you’re gonna be living there for 12 out of the 30 days total.
rent is 420, paying for half instead for 12 days is giving him $42.
here’s another anecdote:
me: playing cvs2 in training mode, cuz abel lent me stick cuz he’s cool.
roommate: comes in and says "wow, you sure made your time a waste"
me; after numerous annoyance by him, i BAREly hold back from snapping and respond with "err…how about you shut up."
him: somehow, not fazed by what i said, he goes on and says "anyways i’m going to sleep now."
me; getting a bigger headache, i angrily say "i don’t care…"
him: apparently he doesn’t hear me, says "what?"
me: "i don’t care…“
him:” oh well i just thought you like to know."
me:“i DON’t CARE…”
well so after 5 minutes more of cvs2, i turn it off cuz i’m too pissed off. i go to my room and turn my laptop on. the monitor fills the room with a bit of light.
roommate: grumbles “fucking…”
now here i am thinking…okay…seriously he can just turn over on his side and sleep(which he finally did) or at least ask me politely to turn it down(which i can’t but i probably move somewhere else)…however he respond irrationally by making it sound like i IRRITATE him. when in fact i endure all his shit and not complain in his face. well so i’m very angered by him, thus i’m posting him letting eliot know that i highly recommend to him to refuse to pay half the rent and press for only 12 days.
seriously…2 more weeks. i hope i dont’ snap and do something ‘illegal’ to his life before eliot moves in.
Well, I’m only legally liable to pay for the days that I move in, so he can’t just say “no” if I tell him I’m only going to pay for twelve days. Or would it be thirteen if he’s gone on the 18th? Either way, if I’m only obligated to pay for the days that he’s not there/I move in, that’s what will have to work for him.
its supposed to be rent(#of days/31)…which is what is stated in the lease…so 420(12/31) is about $163…or you can

I think the middleman situation is fine for now, unless he somehow refuses to go along with what’s outlined in the lease. I’m going to drop off a check when I come up briefly on friday. Tell me via AIM to whom I should make it out, since I assume he already paid 1/4 of the rent this month.
