Juggles like these you have to do low to the ground to get this advantage. The higher the juggle the more advantage but I’m going by lowest since it’s more universal.

To make meaties you just take a knockdown like Duck Upper (57)
Subtract a normal you want to meaty (if you don’t want to hit on last frame or want a set up that will hit sooner just subtract frames (look at frame data’s active frames)
57 - 19 = 38 frames advantage for a meaty f.HP set up

Now from here you just add whiff normal frames.
Dash and Jump are great for set ups since there’s no mistakes there.
Jabs shouldn’t be chained so don’t use something like jab jab whiffs since you may mess up and it’s not frame perfect.
Anyway

Fdash = 19 frames
Fdash Fdash f.HP = last frame f.HP set up

Note f.HK is 1 frame faster than f.HP so set ups you make for f.HP can be used for f.HK too
c.HK is 2 frames faster than f.HP and 1 frame faster than f.HK

I still feel that EX thunderbolt should get a mention because of its badass chip damage, terrible on block if they’ll live it, but it scores many Chip KO’s so its always something you need to acknowledge you have.
