TTT2U Questions and Complaints

No. Just stick to combos that are guaranteed to hit. Don’t go for the fancy advanced stuff, and you’ll be fine.

Only if you get like super weird angles. Usually it’s fine.

umm who is the more well rounded character.

Lars or Devil Jin?

Devil Jin is better… But Lars, I think is more well-rounded.
Devil Jin doesn’t have as good of an oki game I don’t think, and he could have a better low. His mids aren’t as deadly as Lars’ either.
Lars’ biggest problem is if you get predictable with him, he’s done like a hotcake. It’s a lot easier to be predictable with him than you might think.

Why are there so many fucking boosters in TTT2???

Isn’t there a way to get these motherfuckers banned?

Under first Dan, you’ll find a lot. People want that platinum.

boosters?

People that just want to get their ranks higher…

E.g., people that want the rank trophy. So they RQ every time they’re about to lose.

ah right, lol damn

No I saw a dude who boosted his way to like 20th Dan. He was complete shit, and quite frankly it annoys me.

Lol wat

I was watching replays. and he boosted his way to 20th dan. When I sent him a message about it he called me hokage.

Wat da fux is hokage?

So did anyone ever figure out what that Championship Arena addition was to TTT2’s online mode a few months back?

I’m trying to figure that out myself. I know it’s a naruto term but IDK what dude was on. Either way boosters piss me off.

Hokage

Word often used in Naruto series. Hokage is highest and strongest ninja in Konoha village. This word consists of 2 modules: “Ho” which means “fire”, and “kage” means “shadow”.

No I knew that. But after I called him a boosting faggot, he was like “What’s the problem Hokage?” I don’t really understand why he said that.

I think he was trying to be clever and say that you spam OP bullshit or are a tier whore, or any other plethora of scrub terms.

I was rustled slightly because I hate Naruto and boosters.

Maybe he was being a smarmy character from Naruto: Abridged? The world may never know.

So I’m finally grabbing myself a copy of TTT2 tomorrow and really setting down to learning it. I went to a few arcadees during a trip to China that had this there and I just had such a blast even though I was getting by with very little (Leo db4, 1 all day).
Question is, with a little practice every day or so how good do you think someone can get in 4 months? There’s a tournament in New York City in January and while I know I won’t win matches, I’m wondering if I can reach the level to enjoy myself and learn in offline casuals, or if everyone who plays Tekken is a Tekken Lord who has played for years and I will not be able to damage them until I too have played for years.
If that is the case I’m going to focus more time on SFxT instead, or maybe get loljustice for the time being.

Also, even though I am a Lei Wulong main in SFxT, I’ve heard that one should never ever ever try learning him first. My first team will probably be a combination of Leo, Lee, Miguel, and Zafina.
