i just wish the side stepping was not as clunky as it has always been, i wanna just tap down down and not get a crouch and not have to freaking play like i have a stickshift with no clutch and mash it into gear to side step right im still surprised the movements still so clunky and not fluid in 2012

I don’t get what the hell is going on with this Add-On that I redeemed, it didn’t seem to do anything? I don’t have angel, ogre etc.

Are you sure it was a add on or just the online pass code… the stores usually print on your receipt the add on code or if mail order email it to you? which one did you get

Is it possible to unlock kazuyas and Jin true devil forms in ttt2?

What do you mean? as far as I know there are no character unlocks. Devil Jin is a character on his own and can be selected at character select screen. Kazuya can transform ? I think its called devil within or something like that.

for a single character id say 70 and over for a standard tag id say 85 95, with walls i dont know i’m shit at wall combos it depends where you are what angle there’s alot of variables, too many id say

without walls i can get 90 with hei and jaycee no problems at all

Slowdown in this game is unacceptable, could be my tv but everything else i have plays fine, ruining the game imo

I didn’t see anything in the beginners thread about this, but I when I was online someone did a launcher tag combo that had their teammate in for a very VERY long time that took me from center to the wall. They switched back and forth maybe twice? From what I learned I only know how to call someone in during a bound, either have them do a move I command, or hold down the TAG button to make them do something. Then my main character control comes back and I end it.

How did they extend the length of time their teammate was in and switch back and forth between them.

It works like this, lets say im using devil jin and heiachi

when you bound you press tag, so what happens is that your second character say heachi for arguments sake comes in so now you take control of him, so lets say you just press jab once or say right kick, you will then lose control of heachi and then gain control of dj, you aim is to land a long damaging move or string with your first tag then do a juggle ender with your first character

It sounds complicated but it’s simple

so it’s like this

You start with devil jin you EWGF ( aka juggle starter) so now they are airborne
You do your filler then end with a bound move say df 1+2 then tag, at this point heiachi jumps in, like i said your aim is to damage and wall carry, so with heiachi your best option is to hell sweeps (must hit twice) into square aka dp ( this is all one move and a true combo) now dj cannot do anything till heiachi finishes this move, if somehow you mess it up and miss devil jin will jump right in again, but if you do it right devil jin will then be active again to finish the combo with forward 3+4

You only press tag ONCE! and thats after the initial bound into tag, everything else is kinda automatic but you determine how long the combo is with the move you use when your second character jumps in (AKA heiachi)

when using a string for your second character the whole thing has to hit to be able to finish the combo with the first character, if you fuck it up your first chracter will jump is and you will miss the combo quick example

JC and heiachi

Heiachi starts

EWGF, EWGF , twin pistons bound, tag, JC jumps is you do the string forward rp rp lp, (string is over jc the last hit of the string pops them up) heiachi in, run hell axles (uf ,3,4), combo over.

I think Namco should release more Unique character items first. Like Dragunov’s Reaper Face Paint, SVD, Helmlet, Gas Mask, and Skull Mask.

So basically it’s what I thought originally. There is nothing i am missing then, I must’ve gotten confused by the look of this guy’s specific very long combo. He was Bruce and Bryan. He must have air launched with Bruce, tagged in with Bryan, then Bryan did a combo into a bound, getting Bruce back in to continue, then ending with Bryan.

like you said, you can tag in after tag bufferable launcher also, like EWGF for example, and then tag again off the bound then the above rules apply.

so say heiache and jc, ewgf (tag) jc in, ff+1, Back+1 (bound tag) heiachi in, hellsweeps, 1 , jc in running 2+4

If you tag off a bufferable launcher the combo will take red life also until you either end it or use a bound move

Maybe because side step is simply tap down or up x1, rather than x2.

Am i the only one who doesnt have Kunimitsu, while having the Angel, michelle, and the bikini pack? I dont care too much cause i’m having trouble learning the two characters i do use. I just wanna know if something is not right?

anyone know where i can find start up and recovery frames for moves as the guide doesn’t have it and they are also missing on the majority of movelists on avoiding the puddle too. cheers.
