From what I’ve heard, the new season starts in June. That’s too damn long IMHO. :lol:
After its lackluster second season and its piss poor “cliffhanger” season finale, I’ve actually kind of forgotten about this show. Hopefully season number three will make amends.
The only bad thing about the second season was all the Maryanne garbage. They extended that for about 8 episodes too long, never covered any ground with it, and the climax to that entire arc was about as uninspired as a photocopy of a pre-schooler’s rendition of the Mona Lisa. Whenever the show wasn’t focusing on Maryanne (like Godric and the church training camp), it was actually awesome.
I agree with everything you said, especially the Godric mini-arc. Just when they get us interested in the bad assitude of Godric, he pulls and emo-suicide routine. :tdown:
Agreed on the Maryanne garbage. Plus the actress who played her really annoyed me, for some reason.

I just recently caught on to True blood. Show is magnificent one aof the best things I’ve seen. I just finished with season 2. I love Maryann, hate Eggs and I guess the creators of the show do too. Maryann was so silly, evil, and conniving man. I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone else.
I’m looking forward to season 3 next year.
