Transformers TV/Movie Thread - WAR FOR CYBERTRON: EARTHRISE (A Netflix Original) Streaming Dec 30!

Those are the ones no one wants LOL. They mass produced the hell out of Starscream. Magnus and Shockwave are strictly cost. Sideswipe is pretty rare to find now.

Yea I ordered mine through Amazon… Went to WalMart a month later and saw one lol
Probably found one in the back, we know how WalMart is.

So none of the stores got Earthrise dudes like Optimus or Grapple… Are they slow? Are they sold out? Or are they not coming out on Mar 1? lol

Local physical stores are a clusterfuck when it comes to stocking.
Those dates are more adhered to online.
In reality, Hasbropulse.com is the most likely to have stuff at that date.

My nearby stores have only had some micromasters and Astrotrain. No grapple, cliffjumper, Optimus, etc.

If I had to guess, they will put the new stuff late March or early April because either wm or Target have a store reset for Easter around that time.

lol Thanks J.
I went to my local Walmart, a good sign is they moved the Siege toys to the “clearance” section. If I see a price drop on Ultra Magnus, I might pick him up.

In the meantime, the TF section was almost empty. So I assume it’s ready for ER stocking.
But I ordered Grapple from Amazon anyway, cause I had a gift card lol

I did see a random Astrotrain at EB Games lol

The Walmart I work at barely has a toy section now. After the remodel we were from 8 aisles for toys to like…2 1/2

Daaamn. I don’t even know where to buy retail toys if it weren’t for WalMart and Toys R Us here.

Media doesn’t sell toys like they used to . . . . . DEM APPZ THO!?!?!?!

This makes the release of this new show such a weird move. Your toyline is already on part 2, but you are just now putting out the series for those figures.

This is why brick and mortar stores are a thing of the past.
Can’t keep up with release dates because they don’t think people care.

Because most don’t. It’s why toy companies have been hemorrhaging money for decades.

Yea hate to break it to you but the main market for plastic toys are people 25 to 30+. Kids don’t give a fuuuuuuuck about toys these days. I mean why would they when mom hands them a 900 dollar phone at 3? How the fuck is a plastic toy supposed to compete with that?

True true.
Toys are for the man-children in this thread.

Kids are like:
“You mean I have to transform it MYSELF?”

Day dreaming is frowned upon in modern society. They make the kids take drugs so they will stop doing that.

People in these other forums are asking for a remake of the 1986 movie.

That movie is OK at best. I’d be all in if it’s inspired by G1.

Not bait, honestly. It’s awesome until Prime’s death. It’s the music and the animation style that’s remembered.

. . . . and Galvatron getting yeeted out of Unicron.
