Now I know the G1 cartoon is loved a lot. Buuttt , sometimes I think the comic (Marvel comic gets pushed out unfairly) IMO, it had a lot fo cool quotes, better characterizations of some chars(Shockwave), and some freakier plots(Thunderwing corrupts the matrix, Optimus surrenders to Scorponok, Megatron and ratchet fused into one being.etc)
