I really just want the redeco of the WFC mold. The Kup mold is cool, but I like the Generations look a bit better.
Always loved Rodimus Prime! Glad to see a new version. The moment i saw the new Rodimus, my wallet shuddered in fear.
Same goes for that Skullgrin! He was always my favorite Decepticon pretender. Looking at the G1 original in box on my shelf right now.

My target is weird. The selection is sparse but, thatās usually where i find new stuff. My wal-mart always has a lot but, the same figures warming the shelves.
Looking at Misfire now. Damn. I remember everybody being nuts over the original classics line-up and alternators. Those were cool but they always ruined it by trying to āupdateā the bots. Such as different or modern altmodes.
Titans Return is the first line to really nail it, and be the āG1 of my adulthoodā.
I got the Optimus Prime evolution 2 pack (WFC repaint and TR Kup repaint with new head).
Itās a strange pairing because the WFC figure is a fair bit smaller than the Orion Pax figure. Itās clear how far Hasbro has simplified their figures. The WFC mold came out in 2010 and just has so much more going for it. Two points of articulation that are absent are ankle joints and wrist swivel. I weighed the current and previous generations release of Orion Pax. While they weigh the same, the original release has more detail, doesnāt appear as hollow, and better painted. Itās clear the direction the line is going. Hasbro is trying to do more with less.

MP-40 Targetmaster Hot Rodimus

I donāt know about yāall, but this is another pass, if I do say so myself. Itās a AKOM based repaint (Rebirth) recolor of Hot Rod with the MP-09 US release Targetmaster. I like the first release colors better, and I sold the US MP-09 but kept the Targetmaster. Iām good on this one.

Edit: I may be alone in this but, screw you guys. I always thought Pretenders were a stylish gimmick back in the day. It was also fitting that the Autobots were humanoid looking, and the Decepticons were various fantasy monsters.
Oh wowā¦ 3rd party, cartoon paint accurate, MP-Starscream. That doesnāt cost an arm & a leg to get. Unlike the official releases.
It looks OK. If you were just diving in, I could see why someone would prefer that over the original. Otherwise, Iām good with what I have.
I got the BBTS Siege on Cybertron set today. All I wanted was Prime. Sold every figure sans Tidal Wave within 10 minutes of posting it. Tidal Wave will be the Quickswitch of this set.
