For anyone that has bought YotH Optimus Prime. Here is how you disassemble it and switch out the Chrome.
I have contemplated buying YotH Prime and Black Convoy and switching out the chrome and clear plastic bits

I knew it⌠was thinking of Piranacon/Neptune, and a friend of mine had Snaptrap too, but I couldnât think of the name, thought Piranacon was the name of the sharkticons and was on my way out as I saw unreallysticâs post.
lol, nobody had a full combiner when I was growing up. Most only had 3/5th and knew a guy with the other 2 parts.

So much truth, Iâve never had ALL of any combiner, including Voltron and Power Rangers, I always had like two, usually the chest area and an arm or a leg. Closest I had was Metroplex or the cityâŚhe had a head that also had a headâŚhard to call that a âcombinerâ though, and it was all one package anyway.

The only thing I got coming is the iGear Raptor (Not Skywarp). I canât wait to see what it do. After that, the only thing on my radar is MP Star Saber. I was gonna buy the GTR version of Saber, but I already own 2 Alternity Convoys (Black and Red). Itâs nice if you donât own one of the molds, but other than that, I can wait for the real one to come out. I just wonder if MP Saber will ever come state side. As of now the only molds that havenât hit the states are MP Megatron and Sideswipe. I really donât want to risk it though

These 3P companies are turning out stuff better than Hasbro nowadays. A cease and desist order has to come down the pipe. Either that or they will do some BS with these online retailers stating that they wonât be able to carry official product with the 3P stuff. The only reason that I can think of is that HasTakTomy is buying some of these to see what they can do or the loss isnât significant enough since you are talking about a very very small vocal minority that will buy this stuff.
