imo, the better paint app of the two. I own both now, and bludgeon is pretty nice if you like the g1 scheme, but banzaitron is just pimp.

I’m not a huge MISB fan. The only toys that I have MISB are the ones that I don’t have the room to display just yet, and the US/Hasbro versions of the MPs (because I already have the JPN/Takara versions. The former will be displayed later. I’m still going to have to open US MP Grimlock to remove the battery, so I’ll have to figure something out or the way to open it without destroying the package.
I’ve been collecting again since that damned 20th Anniversary MP Prime! If I wouldn’t have seen him, my plastic crack habit would not be a factor now! Then the Alternators came, and then the Classics…so any one of those lines could have started me up. I tried to buy two RID toys (X-Brawn and Sideburn) a long time ago, but I didn’t like the robot modes. Having 1/2 an SUV hanging off a left arm looks stupid.
Yeah, alternators got me back into it all in '04-05.
Only missing a few from that line too. N. Prime, rumble, ravage & camshaft I think.
TFsource has 3/4 that I need but they also want around $215 for them (everything above minus camshaft).

same here, I’m also missing the aveo swerve exclusive so that’s 5 I’m missing from the alt line…at upwards of $350 to finish that line off…for 5 frikkin pieces…I really don’t feel like it.

shit is crazy. so glad I held onto all my boxes and shit from this set. the only thing fubar’d on my set is a broken mirror on my prowl that I superglued back on. other then that they’re all in primo condition.
pretty damn happy that the toys that got me back into collecting are actually going to be worth something someday.

It’s 100 dollars though, which is omgcrazy steep for a deluxe-sized transformer. But I definately appreciate a well-designed 3rd-party fan-made transformer, which I know is a lot harder to pull off successfully than most fans realize. The Valkyrie Acree from ImpossibleToys has the better-looking car mode, but this one looks a lot more sturdier. I love the Animated Arcee toy, but IMO it doesn’t match with the Classics line at all. Although there’s always the chance that Hasbro will come out with their own Generations Acree sometime in the not-so-distant future.
I was very disappointed with the Human Alliance Sideswipe with his obnoxiously giant backpack. I love the HA line, and Sideswipe’s vehicle mode was so sweet, which made it painful for me to pass on that particular release of him. But recently I found out that there is a fairly simple mod you can do to make the backpack more compressed inwards. I should have known that such a mod existed! I rather like the Shadow Blade alternate color scheme, so I think I’ll wait for that one:
