The “or we will kill you…” line sounded absolutely terrible, and if that’s an indicator of the quality of dialogue then it’s not exactly promising.
HOWEVER

very true. Movie looks ok, just way TOO dark and serious. I’m just waitin for Michael Bay to insert some bogus love story in it.

actually, the dark and serious vibe is the one thing i liked about it, sort of diverges it from the “kid mentality” that the general populace has of TF.
Doesnt mean the actual film will be good lol.
Overall, it was a decent trailer, not the mindblowing exp we were expecting. a little too “generic disaster movie”, but ah well.

I think this trailer kicks ass and this movie is going to kick ass, hard.
Dark and foreboding and SHIT BLOWING UP is good. It’s perfect. The last thing I want is the cartoon I watched as a kid. I mean that’s like saying Tim Burton fucked up Batman because it wasn’t true to the original live action series. Even the original comic book wasn’t that dark and moody, Tim Burton did Batman a damn favor.

As much as I ranked on this shit earlier on, its looking real good right now. I mean, I still think alot of the designs sorta left the points where they resembled their oldselves in the least bit, but I guess that doesnt matter anymore as this movie looks fucking hot. I guess all it took was one nice trailer to change my opinion on it, eh?

I agree, just from that little trailer it looks more promising. Just gonna look at it as an action movie first before looking at it as a transformers movie.
I think the trailer looked good. I’m interested in this take on the movie. Although I honestly don’t get why people make comic or cartoon adaptations because sooooooo many people bitch and bitch.
WOW this looks like another craptastic movie. they should have just done it in either CG or hand animation I’ll wait for the boot. At least the kids will think it’s cool. I on the other hand think the design sucks gorilla ballz

Wow, I’m shocked at the amount of approval. Encouraged somewhat, even though I still have zero expectation of the movie (I’ll still see it before any–well, most–of you, though).

Some of the lines in the trailer looked totally fucking dull, the line ‘we will will kill you’ was fucking stupid as well though I belive it might have to do with the location that Decepticon went to.
Still nice trailer and I still hope the movie will be enjoyable to watch.
