Hasbro Executives counting all that sleazy, dirty money they made from selling the Siege versions of the Datsun bros, knowing damn well that those same fans would want to spring for these guys tooâŚ
And the majority of these fans WOULD NOT HAVE bothered with the siege releases at all, if they knew weâd be getting these guys mere months later. Believe it.

It was available on Pulse but sold out already but I believe BBTS still has it. If we got this, then Black Zarak has to be a thing coming down the line.

I may pre-order this one just in case Black Zarak gets released. Itâll likely be a Takara Tomy mall exclusive figure. Fort Max is the only retool of the Titans we have seen so far. The other options they could do are:
- Metrotitan - (Metroplex recolor)
- Gigastorm (Trypticon recolor/retool)
- Guardian (Blue Omega Supreme)

Cheetor and BlackArachnia look really good.
Cheetor is a noticeable improvement from the old Universe version.
Iâve only watched the show and never had any BW figures. Iâm curious how folks who had the 1996 originals feel.

I mean the original was a brick so this one is an improvement especially in beast mode the sleek look is nice. But I find it okay for what it is the MP spoiled me, Blackarachnia looks very well done though and will get the simple retool into Tarantulas in the future.

Agreed. I like that Cheetor isnât a 1:1 version of the original character. It also has a pretty solid beast mode.
All of this. My brother had the original figure. Cool for itâs time, but aged like milk. While the beast mode isnât perfect, the robot mode is pretty much perfect.
You know that CAD design was retooled as it was being designed.

Pretty cool info if you werenât already aware. Iâve known that Transformers was a combination of a bunch of different Japanese toy lines, but never really realized that the two G1 car bot sizes were because they also were from different toy lines.

The mainline release for Prime looks better. I do like that at least half of the leg is painted. I did a headswap between Siege and ER Prime to give him some separation with the eyes and the face.
With Soundwave, I like the Siege mold better, but prefer the ER paint scheme. Laserbeak just got a headswap which in the context of the Universe works.
