Whats wrong with the Beast mode? Face is a little cartoony and goofy looking but, thats it. Should have had a more ferocious look to it.
Edit: Oh, cool. You can change the Beastmode face! That automatically improves it.
The issue is moreso the gaps and robot kibble in beast Mode. Out of all the beast figures, it has the most concessions made for the alt mode. Otherwise, it pretty much looks the way it needs to. The lion head looks like Goofy, but thatās what it looked like in the anime.
The face swap is a nice touch.
The strange thing about this all is there are some collectors that prefer the original release. They claim it looks better. I donāt know how that is a thing.

Yup. Heard about that earlier. Anyway, itās easy to poke fun at those things as itās not really a game. Youāre essentially using LCD calculator technology and reworking it to function like a game.
Still, if a designer was creative enough? You could get a surprisingly fun āgamingā experience out of it. Most of those were crap but, some were Legit. Double Dragon 1 & 2, and this Ghostbusters game i had back in the day were pretty good.
These are the original mobile games, cause points were the only thing that mattered lol

Itās great not to be a pitaful school boy anymore but, those stresses were replaced with my career. Just a different flavor of s**t.
They say itās the jouney, not the destination. I always thought that was horsecrap. Until i realized the destination is rarely is glorious as we imagine it to be. Yup, it is indeed the Journey.

I know! The G1 2.0 Goodness continues! I heard heās Leader-Class though. So you can expect a voyager w/some extra parts. Also SnapDragon and Runamuck. Always happy to see the Season 3-4 crew get some love.

Start with the end in mind. That will prevent you from getting stuff that youāll be out of touch with in 6 months. I am scaling my buying to the MP line and Primes at this point.
Oh yea I know. I think Iāll just get the WFC series, since they arenāt really expensive so my wife wonāt give me shit on buying things that just sit there lol
I really like their designs, as it gives me the best G1 feel.

I have all of the Dinobots, Starscream (Mors), and Magnus (Apollo). Debating the purchase of Megatron (Pluto) and I have Prime (Jupiter Metallic Ver.) on pre-order.
The official WFC is a solid way to enter into collecting without a serious drop.

Iāll do 3P all day however, I stay away from MP stuff in that regard. For the most part, the TakTomy release looks better. The most notable exception is MP Hot Rod (MP-29). That cardboard chest is the biggest design oversight ever in the line. Itās hands down my least favorite MP. I am holding out on MP-09 because Iād hate to buy it and then they do a version 2.
Iād give an honorable mention to the MakeToys seekers. Those look pretty solid compared to MP-11 (Starscream et. al) mold. Itās now a rare release, so people are spending 300% markup on those. The thing is that with BB and Optimus getting a second release in the same scale, itās more when than if a v3 of the seeker mold will be done. Then the price will tank 
As far as sellers, I have bought from all the major retailers.I am not loyal to one or the other. BBTS probably has the slowest shipping speed (if using their $4 option).

For all MP releases, Amazon JP is the only place I have been buying from since MP Megatron (BW) [MP-43]. I have been buying with import sellers since MP Ironhide (MP-27). Why pay the additional expense when itās ultimately the same product.
TF Source is good thatās where I found Liokaiser. I have noticed they will have sales but itās mainly with 3rd party figures.
BBTS I liked the pile of loot system but they donāt do vintage items anymore which is a bummer. So far Iāve used Rouge Toys for some older figures as well.
