So it looks like I won’t be off work till 6:30 (probably won’t arrive until 7:15 earliest), so I probably won’t be able to make singles, but can we start 3v3 later or something so I can at least make that?

The information in the top post is a little bit lacking right now? My friends and I want to play in this (SSF4 teams and singles), do we need to pre-reg or can we just show up around 3:00 and sign up?
It’s xbox 360 right? (we only own 360 sticks)
Thanks for running this, (not complaining at all) Just want to get some of the details pinned down in the first post so I know what we need to do on Saturday, as it seems as if the information has changed over time…

You can show up at 3 and play. I would suggest showing up a bit earlier if you wanted to play friendlies. It’ll be both 360 and PS3.

So this shit starting hella late will be a problem for me. I have to leave around 8pm ish. I could be back early in the morning but my main question is why is shit starting so damn late? can we at least get singles crackin at like noon?
BTW I played Sabre’s Cody last night and that shit was tight. I think I may look into that character and see if he fits my style. I like his pressure and counterhit confirms into ultra2 are fuckin tight.
Edit: Elias Crackin turtle eggs is what I get joy out of, there are only 2 turtles I have a real problem with now, Future Rog…Delucifer and I go back and forth. Crack the downback? I’ll be makin omelettes with my ginger cook (he’s comin back from vacation) and his egg beater canon strike.
Carlos, last TourneyPlay the tournament was scheduled for registration @ 11 and starting @ 12. I took the day off from work just to attend, but the first delay was till 2PM (We didn’t get more than 2 stations until 2:30), then again to 3PM, then we didn’t even get started till 5:30 when Brent asked Chris if he could run it.
We had a total of 4 stations up and running at 6PM.
Realistically, if they can get shit cracking at noon, do it. Don’t bother to wait for me if that’s what people want to do.

Schedule has SSF4 starting at 4pm… So not sure where 6pm came from… ???
You can show up any time before that, just realize there will be 20ish Smashers there as their brackets do not end until 4pmish.
So 1v1 should start at 4pmish (sign in 3pm, start at 4pm) and then 3v3 at 7pmish or something…
Last TP was also more about Smash then SF and I had 4x as many Smashers as SF players.
This event is more about SF and SF has priority over all other events at this one.
I need 3 TVs for N64, 4 TVs for Brawl, leaves 4 TVs for SF until 4pm when SF gets 3 or 4 more TVs as Smash ends.
Any TV/Xbox set ups you all bring is bonus to that (though we need DISKS no matter what as GC does not have SSF4)
One last thing… is it worth it for me to pick up burger stuff and offer it for low cost (just over break even) at the venue or you all want to do food on your own??

He doesn’t fit your style IMO. I think his lack of a good reversal (c’mon carlos you need that dp kekeke), and lack of mobility (seriously if you’re cody and fighting against runaway…) make for a character you wouldn’t really vibe with. shrug Besides, I’m gettin’ serious about Cody so don’t steal my character! Heh. I’m getting that stand strong -> ultra 2 pretty consistently and I feel hella filthy when I land it.
