See I didn’t think Fei fit my style either but I’m lovin him right now. I really need to feel a character out and if they click they click. Akuma never really clicked I just kinda got stuck with him since I loved demon. I’m bringing him back. U2 is kinda hard for me to do out of sHP but opselecting backdashes/reversals and swatting them out of the air is amazing. Also I can punish Messaih kick on block with it so =) for me.

I say we run 3v3 at 4 and singles at 6. Main events should always be saved for the finale imo and getting 3v3 done earlier than in 2 hours is realistic.
So what’s the official start time on this tourney cause pito is coming from spokane and I don’t want him to be late for teams or singles?

My main question is why are we starting a weekend tournament so late? Every slightly big tournament (outside of Bloody knuckles and that part show part tournament) I’ve ever been to everywhere else starts aound noon->3pm ish. It’s on a saturday, why can’t things get rollin earlier.
IMO 3v3 start it early if there is no team cap. Save top 4 for grand finale along with top 8 from Super4 for stream etc.
Since Mickey will not be attending TourneyPlay, Kriangkrai will be joining forces with Future and myself in the 3v3s. Currently our team name is pending but KK likes “Akon, Mos Def, and Jacob” hahah.

With so many people that can only go early or only go late, i say singles early team late, just so everyone can make it out and see what these are all about.

Only reason I set the schedule to be a 4pmish start for SSF4 is to get Smash done with and out of the way to less ppl in here and less conflict with who needs TVs and such.
Also since I own the venue, there is no real need to rush out of the place… so we can stay later if needed.
Next time I am fine starting it all at Noon and then Smash or whatever after that…

Sure. Lets do it. I’m no pro, but I can hold my own in most matchups. I suck against Rufus, Fuerte, and Viper spammers, so hopefully you can handle those characters.
