Tougeki '11 was when they took out 3rd Strike. This was also the same time where there was a huge controversy surrounding the event because of technicality errors surrounding Street Fighter 4, gets a black eye as a result.
Now I’m not saying they’re both related because they’re obviously not, but it dooooooes make you thiiiiiink…

In other news, there’s a 3S tournament at Final Round on the main stream. Not the highest level of play, but it’s getting 3S more out there. Happy to see that and this.
