For version 2, i.e. extra from the previous batch. Joe is out of them.

For version 3, Joe is still working on it. It is a longer box (something like 14x8.5) with the start buttons moved from the back panel to the side. You can, however, put yourself on the wait list for that.

When he is finished with the v3 prototype he still NEEDS to get minimum batch order (you’ll have to search the thread for the exact number) before he will start the process to make them. And when the process starts it takes about 3 wks to build them. When he is done he contacts you about payment and shipment.

Where are you buying your rubber feets? Does it include metal inserts? Where can I buy it online (atleast 20pcs)?

I’m finally done with my stick. Damn, it was a lot of work and money and heartache… But, it’s done :-)… I’ll post pictures later, not sure when.

Not, time to finish the Kaytrim stick I bought…

I got them at huge hardware store chain (Homedepot in Canada); the metal inserts are not included. They are not needed as the corner posts are made from hardwood. My black lagoon stick dont use them and I am always removing the plexi. I was only testing them to see what would work; as you can see there are 2 different types. I like the ones with the smaller footprint (I actually tried 3 types and the first one did not work out at all).

Now that is just wrong. Can’t be teasing us with the build up and then no pix. ;p

Really? I was at Homedepot (by Yorkdale) and I couldn’t find any anywhere. All I could find was sliders which are not the same thing. Do they sell little packages or in bulk?

Do they have a product name? Maybe I can find them on their website.

The rubber feet are found in the cabinet/furniture area. In homedepot (and canadian tire too) they are usually mixed in with the furniture leg pads (???) to prevent furniture legs from scratching the hardwood. Ususally sold in packs of 4.

If you are talking about the metal inserts. There are 2 kinds in that pic. They are both found in the “Screws” section with the “turning” display cases (whatever those things are called)

The larger ones are found anywhere, even the smaller stores that I frequent.

But the smaller ones I have only found in the bigger stores. I like these inserts much better.
