I will tell you, paypal is getting me sick actually.
Paypal can be a pain in the ass for non-US citizens (I know, I am from the Cayman Islands) - but once you have it set up finally, it makes life incredibly easy.
Or should I say that it makes wasting my money incredibly easy?
Really looking forward to my box. I wonder how long that will take from Canada.

Got my box today, couldn’t be happier with it. Amazing work, shipping was fast and it was packaged well.

Well I recieved my box 10 mins ago. I was going to stain it since I ordered a non-primed box but I guess I have to change plans. :wtf:
Ouch. You can sand the primer off and stain it, lots of work though.
Don’t bother doing that. That would be a lot of work for what it’s worth. Just paint it something nice.
Joe, I got my box today and it.is.wonderful! I can’t stress how happy I am with it. It’s flush, professional, and better looking than what I was expecting. I would have order TWO but I got a box from another maker on here (and i’m not even finished with that box yet). The other box I bought I had to put a lot of little work into (still like it though), this one is seriously good to go!
I’ve got a cool idea for both my boxes. I can’t wait until they are both finished (not anytime soon).
Im just going to leave it as is. Im still happy with the box just a little disappointed I can’t stain it anymore. Heres a shot with the joystick and buttons.

One last thing im gonna bitch about. The USB cable gets in the way of the actuator so you have to bend cable at a tight angle.

Overall the box is built very well just has some issues like the USB plug placement and the USB hole has some damage. Fix these and the box is perfect.
Thats it for me. Time to get wiring,drilling and painting.
Are the boxes a smaller height than the first batch Joe? They look a little smaller this batch, but maybe it’s just me.
duals… i will send you a new non-primered one… they put the usb hole on the wrong side… it should route to the button side
or I will refund $80 to your account…

anybody else who has the same problem let me know and I will make it right
the slight damage on the underside of the usb plug was unavoidable, I had to do the holes with a hand drill and when it punches through the back side paper of the MDF rips with it, it’s too close to the side to use a wood block and drill press (i tried)

Just noticed that my USB hole is also on the joystick side, will this be a problem? I plan to put in a jlf, will there be enough room?
the only ones with problems should be ls32 users, since their stick is bigger and the bottom actuator goes lower than JLF
guys… if you have issues with this, let me know what I can do to make it right… I can ship you a new one if you need to
