hey joe any ETA on when these may go out?
iām anxious now
Hey man. 3 questions, does the box come with pre-cut plexi? How soon will the next run be finished? What would shipping costs be (to Hamilton) if I canāt make it out there or have a friend pick it up for me?
Thanks, great idea and appreciate it.
EDIT: Please throw me on the list for now

Some more question, youāll have it primed for free? Choice of black, white, or grey?
Okay I have a question here ā¦
First of all, Iām looking to try and use this template here ā¦

However I have a few different needs than the direct one from likkuid.
- Iām goign to be getting a different box, and the template for that box looks like the following:

The actual PSD file is at the following link http://members.shaw.ca/nuropa/joystick_art.zip
- Since the purple/black OBSN buttons are pretty much impossible to find, I was wondering if someone could change the color scheme to blue/white. I have a few tihngs Iām looking for.
- I want the 2 left most buttons to have a āwhiteā splatter behind them. Those are the buttons Iām goign to wire to L/R for 360, and L1/L2 for PS3.
- I want the 6 right most buttons to have a āblueā splatter behind them. And on top of that, I was wondering if the generic splatter that is all over the template can be converted to the same blue color.
So I guess what Iām asking is if someone can convert that balrog art for the TE to fit onto the template for the other case that Iām getting, and also change the color scheme. I donāt have the PSD to the balrog file, but the zip with the TIFF file is locatd at the following link http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=24ffb54f61f0291f36df4e8dca141969513327aa72d81a38ce018c8114394287
Also likkuid, if you have the original PSD file and they have layers on them, I would be willing to for sure try it out myself as I have some skills with photoshop, I just did not have access to the original PSD which I would think has some kind of layers on them with the color schemes and stuff.
Well any help is appreciated, thanks!
haha woot, it appears I am second on the third run list. Canāt believe it took that long
Glad to see im not forgotten Joe
Question: possible to meet up at a subway stop somewhere to pick up?
The box only comes with the top plexi and it is pre-cut.
The choices for primer are Yes or NO. If yes, white only.
Joe will have to answer to other Qās.
Joe,
Whatās the best way for us to place a notch in the bottom for the wire to go through? I know a router or dremel tool would work, but I donāt have access to those things and donāt want to use a saw on it (or have to buy router/dremel).
Is it possible to have them cut a little notch in the front for those who want a notch? I understand that there are people who are doing the wireless joysticks who donāt want a notch.
Anywho, thanks,
you can file a slot. drill a quick hole close to the edge then file it down. worked for me.
- plexi is precut and comes with the box
- i cantā tell you how soon⦠itās happening now⦠i donāt promise any days because itās not firm when they deliver
- shipping is whatever canada post charges me + $8 for the packing⦠if your friend can pick it up then i can meet him somewhere
I think you just reposted from another forum⦠if you need something really custom like that, PM me and I will put you in touch with somebody that can help you
if i forgot anybody, they can let me know and I will add them back on the list
I purposely didnāt do any notches⦠if you are not in a hurry, I will be getting USB plug mounts and they will look sick!

I will eventually read through all 27 pagesā¦but as n00b, exactly what parts do I need to make this a full-working stick? Is there any soldering involved? If possible, it would be nice if you can list all the needed parts on the first post for n00bs like meā¦
I can help you. I have all the parts right here.
joystick:
Sanwa JLF joystick or Seimitsu LS32
Button:
8x Sanwa OBSN-30 ( or any 30mm screw-in button)
3x Sanwa OSBN-24 ( or any 24mm screw-in button)
PCB(printed circuit board):
I went with Toodles Cthulhu ps3/pc PCB. Toodles is a member of this forum and you can buy from him directly. What I like with the Cthulhu is that there is no soldering involved. Wich is a great plus for me. Here is the thread for all the information about the cthulhu

You will also need some 22awg wire and some .110 quick disconnect for the wiring.
With all this you should be good to go!
Is it same as this one?
would you be willing to drill notches in them upon request?
iām going to be doing xbox360/ps3 with a switch, coming from 1 USB wire, so i really donāt need the USB adapter thing that you will have soon either.
if not though thatās cool, i figure I can find some tools somewhere to do it I just figure you are better at that stuff and if you did it before painting it would be better too.
Iāll take the 2 last ones

It looks awesome.
I was wondering how to do that! Gah! Where do you pick those things up, and what tool should I use to drill the hole for it?
