Did you ever play any SF2 in Italy?
We used to play a lot of SF2 in the early 90s (turbo and CE) , arcades everywhere ,a lot of competition ,good players but in the late nineties arcade operators just realised they could make more money putting slot machines so the arcade scene died as a previous poster said.
Don’t know much about the modern scene in Italy living in london and such but i don’t think is that much, no tourneys i’m aware of but the other italian posters may fill you in with much more details than me.
I’m more of a lurker here compared to neoempire.
