P.D Garou players are all even. Great games to all.

I could beat you, and I have. Lucky plays better than you did too.(not being cocky, also)

I’ll say this much, after playing Alpha 3 for a bit, no one’s kicked my ass as badly as Eishi has. If I didn’t land a full VC, I lost the round. Period.

Haha, I wasn’t going to waste the time, but I feel the same way myself. How are ic3 and Quinton on these lists, when they have something like a combined 20-120 record against me, with 15 of those being in high lag situations? I’m not exaggerating, and I certainly don’t care about kaillera e-cred or e-popularity, but come on, that’s just silly. I don’t know about Lucky since I don’t play him, but Ryu1999 vouches for him, so I’ll with hold any comment. I would think you have a similar record as me against most of kaillera. It’s strange, I guess it’s because we mostly play only decent players, and decent players don’t bother making these lists. Or it could be our long gaps between playing too. Haha, I actually wonder which of the two of us has played less in the past year.

yeah man, he’s something else. he’s V-Cody is tough enough but the V-Sak man… :looney:

Yeah, I managed to get rid of his Cody with V-‘Gief, but his V-Sak’ ripped apart everyone I had.
I think I got like one round on him with Sodom, that was about it.

yeah. also, Lucky is good. so i vouch for him too if that means anything to anybody.
imo he’d be even better if he controlled the match. he never forces his opponent to do anything. so if you’ve got a plan(something anything) that’s better than what he’s got then you win cause he allows it imo. otherwise then he’d be seriously on point cause he’s got some of the tough stuff down like akuma and karin otgs.

well, of course you’ve played more than i have in the past year. i was in iraq.
since i’ve been back on though, the lag/delay has been really good, and i’ve been landing stuff like A-Guy dizzy combos and V-Mika otg VCs, aswell as finally completing vcs with my other v-ism characters i tend to not pick due to lag. i only play on mame 61 on excellent now, and wont play on good + 64 at all. that’s one reason why i haven’t gotten the chance to get beat down by Eishi cause he does the 64+good conn type thing.

Lol me and Ice used to have some knock down drags outs. Those were some good ass matches.

I don’t know about that. I don’t think I played A3 on kaillera since I got out to Cali, and before that I think my play was sporadic too. I’ve played Ryu maybe once or twice in the past year, and not for very long. I hate how everyone insists on good. I don’t even have .61 anymore, since nobody uses it. I only really used it with walchuk to play KOF, I couldn’t even convince anyone else to use it. But, as I mentioned before, since moving out to Cali, haven’t been playing him.

I’d still like to know how JJ is on Kwaza’s list of top 5 kof players. Yes, JJ is the leader of Team Evolution, but he even admitted himself that most people in his clan are better than him. When I used to be in his clan and we played, I’d get multple 10 win streaks on him. I mean, he’s a cool guy and all but he really isn’ tthat good in kof, mainly because he gets desperate too quickly if you zone him, resulting in him making more and more mistakes.

Also, I just fought ioriYK…this guy should be out of the top 5 lists, whoever it is that had him there. His main gameplay seems to involve jumping around (or rolling), and if you anti-air him enough, he doesn’t seem to have anything else to do but jump some more…he onlyl sometimes gets lucky with the input delay of my anti-airs. I found his Chris to be good though, using strats I haven’t seen other people use with him. Not sure how well he plays in Garou or A3.

I’d also like to mention Scorpion as being one of the top 5 (or very close). Not the Scorpion from team maniak, this guy is from el salvador I believe. He is quite good, not only in kof, but in VS games and Alpha 3.

i guess you probably got me then, if you havent played at all. i dont agree with people playing on good either, but i also dont agree with 64. .61 isnt good for kof, may 3 .60 is, just like how may 3 .60 isnt good for SF. last time i had played walchuk was a day or so before i had actually deployed to the sandbox. haven’t played him since.

i dont get how you have problems with how kwaza put JJ in his list, but let the other guy go with putting steeletek in his. is it cause the other guy put you in his list, and kwaza did not?
also, as far as i remember, YK doesnt even play kof2002 anymore either, and he was one of the better players on there when he was. he used to call his chris "the monkey."
there have been too many decent smart players in the game that you’ve never had the oppurtunity to play. you say that i’m a smart player? i learned how to play smart by playing those people.

I didn’t notice that…and yeah I’d disagree about steeletek too.

Well that’s nice and all…I wasn’t saying you were the only one, I was just talking about you. And yeah, sadly I haven’t played any of these smart players besides Walchuk and you.

ah i see. man you gotta talk to somebody to get ahold of decent players like K’Bron. he had the best blue mary. and was a very intelligent player, just to name a guy.

Yeah, that’s the only reason I win against him most of the time. He lets me get in.
You were giving me too much credit too, haha. You probably could’ve just pressured me to death most rounds, provided I didn’t have any meter handy anyway. I’m not a turtler by nature, but it’s what I do if I don’t have a response to whatever you’re doing.

If you guys still talk to Walchuk, ask him if he’s up for Last Blade 2 on 0.61 with me at some point.

i’ve seen him on aim a couple times, but i was always busy when he signed on or about to sleep. Last Blade 2 would probably be better on may 3 .60. he might still have that if you can get a hold of him.

Well slide I do give you that. You did beat me. But I can garantee that I can be a better opponent. I am planning to come back to kaillera with a new computer when I move in the next two weeks. So I guess I’ll let my playing speaks for itself.

Well IMO when I was playing Lucky was still getting the hang of it. I’ve enjoyed playing with him but if I was sometimes serious I can take him with ease. After my trips to CTF (And yes good people do play that once in a while) I’ve gotten better.

Any V-Cody is all I use now. And sometimes V-Karin.

Whatever…

Serpent - I don’t want to waste my time to argue with you cause You and I now this will never end. But I respect your opinion. DUE to the fact it was BACK IN THE DAYS. Nuff said.

He’s not the same player man.

back when there was that ladder thing he was better than me but I could at least win using my trusty scrub tactics. nowadays dude is otg tossing folks back and forth across the screen with karin, ryu vc’s, sagat vc’s, all perfect execution. it’s all bad, though you pray that he does, he never messes his vc’s up. he levelled up, ALOT. up there with ryu1999 and slide now

Lucky is my idol.

Yeah if he imposed his game more i feel sorry for whoever he’s playing, but I don’t really see his laid back style a weakness. in fact it works better for him in some cases. Like because he doesn’t really attack forcily, he let’s you try and take the initiative and try and bring your game, but then he VC’s in your face.

at the same time he’s not pressing you (and dude NEVER jumps, EVER!!!) so you can’t really VC him. that’s some smart shit. i dunno maybe its different for characters like your A-Guy where you aren’t trying to get him with a VC, or maybe it’s because your better than me (both? lol) but for me i found myself playing a-ism characters rather than v against him made my life a little less stressful.

It’s probably a thing he does to deal with the idiots on kaillera who jump around like, if you stay on the ground for 5 secs you lose the round. but again if he got the rush/aggression to match the defense shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit…

fixed.

why, even the legendary SF BEAST, Daigo acknowledges his ability.
