Top 5 in every game

just wondering who people thought the top 5 in each of the fighters we play on kaillera are

Garou, just off the top of my head:

Lux
Silence
Shikaku (or do I mean Shikamar?)
Ace
Nagata

Lando > Shikamaru and Nagata

For kof2k2:

Me
KofMan
Mina (uses a variety of names such as lok7, A3, accountant, so sick, etc)
kofdark
endlesstale

Other guys quit playing.

For kof98, not totally sure but evil ray comes to mind. Lots of guys were saying I was one of the best in 98, which is funny since i hardly play it. Serpent is probably among the top in it, not sure.

Edit: Also, you should consider that this list is only for…North America? Kaillera doesn’t only exist there. I’m sure most of the japanese kaillerians would own harder than the best Americans listed.

Top 5 in MvC would probably have to be T-Kimura, Magneto Maniac…and then I don’t know. I actually think Vice is incredibly overrated…I played him in kof98 and he claimed he was good, yet his strategies were non-existant, blamed his lack of strategies on the keyboard (wtf?). I don’t see how he could be good in MvC, unless all he does is infinites.

I would that’s a given. Might as well include European players, too.

BLASPHEMY!!

Well my man, if it was the top 5 that hand my ass to me most of the time, you know youd be number 1 :lovin:

Meeeh, im bored so heres my two cents.

**Marvel Vs Capcom **

  1. Darkcloud
  2. C.S.
  3. T-Kimura
  4. Chicken Power
  5. Preator Baralai

Street Fighter Alpha 3

  1. Quinton Mcleod
  2. Eishi
  3. Slide
  4. Lust
  5. Ryu1999

King of Fighters Overall

  1. JJ
  2. IoriYK
  3. Shiro Kaillera (something with Kaillera in his name, cant remember exactly)
  4. Cbyer
  5. Evil Ray Hong Kong

Other games I dont play that much so I realy cant judge anyone in those games.

You don’t have the credentials to be selecting kof players. If JJ is who I think it is, then that is hillarious…and I defeated evil ray almost every time, and mina is better than evil ray…

The Shiro guy you speak of is Yashiro-Kaillera. Cbyer is only decent, but he’s better at using lag tactics than actually playing…and no kofman, wtf?

I agree 'cept I wouldnt put Chicken. I’d probably put Vice or Mag Maniac over Chicken.

The top 4 people I’ve played are:

  1. Neverdone
  2. Young Ice
  3. Ioriyk
  4. Lando

Don’t think Ioriyk plays anymore but I’ve lost contact with him. Neverdone is clearly the best I’ve encountered online (even though he was mine and ioriyk’s bitch for a few months! haha you know I love you).

quinton, the best?

WHere’s Lucky on this list?

A3 should look something like this

  1. Eishi
  2. Lucky
  3. Slide
  4. Chibi
  5. Toma$$ (he’s a lot better offline, but I gotta go by online performances)

My top 5 for ST

  1. DGV
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .

  2. Aures (yeah he uses auto, but he’s still damn good)

  3. Jinrai

  4. WSOP

  5. Intercepter

This topic is made for ego-boosting, lol.
Outside of his autofire Bison, I never saw much in Aures.
Hell, I had a lot more trouble with Jinrai, DGV and even you and WSOP than I did with him.
DGV is on top mainly because of execution. The guy doesn’t miss shit.

I’ll tell you who’s missing on that list though:
Afrolegend - I don’t know if this was ‘the’ Afrolegend, but he wrecked the shit out of me with every character on the roster. Everytime I managed to beat him (which took an ungodly number of tries per character), he’d just move on to the next character in the row.
It disconnected us before he could get past Cammy, and I never saw him again.

Really? This guy was a huge asshole when I played him in LB2.
Abused Zantetsu’s infinite like hell, acted like a smug jackass and still lost every match.
When I confronted him about it later, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about.

I used to play a guy named Walchuk regularly in Alpha 3 years ago when kaillera first went up (I wasn’t much more than a scrub then); to the point where you could’ve called us casual acquaintences I suppose.
Not until recently though, did I find out that he was one of the top Last Blade 2 players on kaillera. I wasn’t any good at the game back then, but it’s a shame I’ll likely never get to play him in it.

Lust is pretty solid in everything he plays, and he’s a nice guy too.

Oh look who it is, its that guy who thinks he owns everyone in Kof. Are u just bitter cause I didnt add you in my top 5, lol. Doesnt surprise me one bit.

Dude, get with the program, RushedDown is asking, what is our top five, not what is Emils top 5. U dont see me protesting youre top 5 so just zip youre mouth for once, it will sure make everyone happy.

Well the reason I put chicken on the list is because he has improved alot. We used to have some great matches in the past and somehow we would always end up being even wins. But lately, he has gotten way better and I lose most of the time now that I play him, lol. He even beat T-Kimura in the last Tournament so he at least diserves a spot in my top 5. And for once, I do agree with Emil on something, Vice Versa is overrated.

After thinking about it, I guess youre right. Quinton used to be one of the best in the past, but that was back then. Although he was still pretty good last time I played him. Heres my updated list for SFA3, hehe.

Street Fighter Alpha 3

  1. Eishi
  2. Slide
  3. Lust
  4. Ryu1999
  5. Quinton Mcleod

I was gonna mention Iori YK and the french dudes in Garou, but they never play. Lux, is that list for garou and if it is, does young ice still play?

LOL, can’t belive u put Aures in there. Auto makes it too easy to get reversals, throws and land combos. Totally voiding any skill. I wish all i had to do to get a reversal was hold down jab and just do the motion for a dp.

Top 5 in Europe ST players are:

  1. Wishworm
  2. Fuzzy
  3. Chrisfighter (if he stilled played anymore)
  4. RWD
  5. Eishi

And i would def say Wishworm and Fuzzy would make 1st and 2nd on your list if DGV is 1st.

That must have been an impersonator. endlesstale is always very humble…I don’t think he even plays LB2.

Yeah, Walchuk is ownage but he just disappeared…

As I stated, you don’t know anything about the kof scene to make the judgement…it’s the main reason I only chose two people for the MvC scene, because I’m just not sure.

Edit: From watching chickenpower play, I agree he was pretty good. He didn’t need infinties to win, and he used alot of intelligence which is quite rare in MvC games nowadays…There are some people I just hear things about but don’t know if they are any good…I heard a ton about Wakka but he seemed to just do orbs over and over and failed to do anything when he had no orbs left…But definitely T-Kimura is on the list. I can sense immediately that he can react quickly to many different difficult situations, something Wakka really failed to do in the matches I saw, plus he’s got the really good execution…the main thing bringing T-K down is the fact that he keeps using DWM. I mean, he could probably win even more if he stuck with a different team.

For A3, what about Genkiller? I heard a ton of things about him and his ownage V-Akuma. They were saying he was playing like a jap pro, which is probably an overstatement…

I can make my friends penis seem bigger than your friend’s

Yes, it’s for Garou and I’m pretty sure he still plays.

Emil: Walchuk is still around but he goes by a different nick now.

man Lucky has FAAAAAAAR surpassed Quinton.

He’s not the same player from back in the a3 ladder days, seriously :wasted:
