I’m scrawny as fuck. I currently weigh in at 115lbs, 5’11, 18 years old. Needless to say, this isn’t exactly a form that commands sexual attention from females or intimidation of social degenerates in need of an ass beating. Basically, I’m trying to put on some weight so I can feel better about myself.
My problem is that I don’t know what the hell I’m supposed to be doing in the kitchen. I don’t have the means of crafting my own diet. So, I ask that you guys take some time out of your busy lives to help me out. I simply ask that you post what kind of “diet plans” you’re working with on a day-to-day so that I can use them as a means of formulating my own diet. I’m not all that picky and my caloric and macro-nutrient needs are fairly doable, I just need some inspiration. Any help is definitely appreciated.
I’m 120 lbs, and 5,4 yet that hasn’t stopped me from “commanding sexual attention” so don’t act like genetics has dealt you a losing hand (unless you’re not really really really ridiculously good looking like me). In all seriousness though, even if you get the body you want it wouldn’t matter much if you don’t improve your mental outlook along with it.
I cook all my own food, spending about 1-3 hours in the kitchen daily, eat about 5500 calories a day (no junk food or gross unhealthy crap, just a 3-4 pounds of carbs, fruits, veggies, and organic meat every day) so I know how hard weight gain is. Have you tried dymatize weight gain shakes and gold whey protein shakes? They don’t work for me but they probably will for you :tup:
Lots of calories, lots of protein, some kind of supplement like creatine that combats fatigue/failure. Compound lifts like squats and pull-ups and etc. Pretty sure meatheads wouldn’t disagree with those broad points.
But really, you’re gonna put on weight and muscle as your metabolism drops off. Just work on an 8-pack. That’ll get attention from teh ladies. Especially if you wanna try out cougars, they’re tired of seeing beer guts on men their age. And get some friends who won’t run like bitches if you find yourself outnumbered in an altercation.

I’m extremely insecure about my body. I’m not awkward or anything like that, but I don’t see myself clapping any cheeks when I have the genuine belief that I don’t deserve it with my body. I’d just be fighting a losing battle.
Buying some whey this week, yeah. Seems like an easy way of getting protein in.
I average 1000cals a day, out of like the 2500 I should be getting. I haven’t been to the gym in well over a year.
I intend on going back in the next week or two, though. Once I’m confident I can keep a steady diet going. I just need an idea of what I can/should be cooking in the kitchen to get one going.
At 1000 Cal a day you shouldnt be lifting yet. Eat a fucking sandvich before you disintegrate. Matter of fact, eat two. You need energy to exercise properly.
Also while appearance plays a part in getting some ass, its not all appearance. You gotta carry yourself a certain way and have a good personality. Or you can just make one of those scene bands and get all the chicks with rainbow hair and shit. Those girls love them some walking twigs.
This makes me believe that this is a troll even more now. I eat meals that are over 1000 calories.
You are literally starving yourself with 1000 cals a day and your body should look like those african children you see on tv with the bloated bellies.

Also ignore the dude that said you need to work on your 8 pack. Your abs showing depends entirely on your bodyfat percentage not how hard you work on them.
I envision you as a skinny motherfucker which means your six pack should already be showing, but abs on a skinny guy are like boobs on a fat chick.
