BRING YOUR OWN CONTROLLER. This is very important, regardless of whether you play on pad or stick, the controller that you use is YOUR responsibility.
Do your button checks before beginning the match, pausing during a game will result in the immediate forfeit of the round unless your opponent does not want the forfeit applied. Note that pausing during an Ultra animation in Street Fighter 4 will also cost you the round unless the Ultra kills the opponent.
Tournament organizers also reserve the right to cancel any tournaments with less than 8 players. In this situation, your entry fee will be refunded to you.

Bring your A game. Hope to see you there!
Ok, fight night crew, I’m going to need help on setups here, if all the regulars bring their evo setups we should be golden. Of course I will be waiving venue fee for all setups we run the tourney on. Post up here and let me know if you can bring one. Further note, I want to do a Tekken tourney, but that requires at least 2 setups. I will try and get in touch with Lil Majin and see if his crew can bring a couple of PS3 consoles+game and we can use a few of our monitors to run Tekken on those. Tekken plays quickly so we should be able to knock it out.
The venue has a gaming area already set up in the front of their store with about 8 360 setups, and casuals can probably be played on those throughout the day, but be warned their screens have a touch of lag.
