I still can’t believe Capcom is pressured by the community to patch Arcade Edition. There is NO WAY this would have flown in the old days…the game is going to sell regardless, if anything, make a whole NEW game or something, but these patches that happen every few months and new versions so soon and the “community” that just keeps whining about balance…most of the people want the game to go BACK to Super now; it is so ridiculous how people are I just can’t believe it…this, UMVC3, the MK fiasco, this is amateur hour.

I was just told that in an EVO interview Fuudo said he almost lost because of laggy setups (meaning PS3) …
Anyone still wonder why this PS3 fiasco is STILL going on? Why would anyone run this game in tourneys on PS3, why why why why why why why…I just will never understand why they don’t use the best setup available to them…
In the old thE Old days they would have made 2 diferent Versions of World Heroes, 5 Different versions of SF2, 3 versions of MK 3, 3 versions of MK 4,and 2 versions of XM vs S …and 3 versions of SF3, trying to restore the balance.
There’s been patches/nerfs going on since forever, so watcha talkin bout willis? :lol:

When i was watching the MK stream i thought the stream was lagging but after watching 3 or 4 games i noticed that it was actually the game on the ps3. Really weird and the people just played like it never happened. So i got on my PS3 and played mk and had my wife mash and jump around and there it was the game started lagging.
I could’ve swore I saw a laggy moment in AE. I don’t play the game though, so I was unsure.
Didn’t sony give evo free PS3’s? That’s probably why.

Yeah I mean this is nothing new with Capcom. Weren’t the subsequent iterations of just about every SF series no more than a year apart from each other? It’s like I was saying to you at the arcade yesterday Jason, it’s just easier and more cost effective with the advent of technology to push out a patch for balance as opposed to releasing a full retail game.
