We usually don’t leave until everyone else leaves, but we set the shutdown time to 3am just so people won’t say until the crack of dawn.

Every other Friday we’ll have a setup for COD, yes you can bring your own set up. We have a large LCD flat screen over the bar, a projector and another television. Beer 2$ canned sodas 1$ they have Wing combos, chicken and waffle combos, fries, catfish, as for mixed drinks Prices will vary. But we’re going to speak to the owner about doing a Happy hour for gamers that want to drink as well.

Actually in Skullgirls combos that have less to them do more damage. Scaling in the game is a bitch. So it really is not as bad as you make it out to be. SkullGirls Less Is More.

-basically bent over backwards for us to have a place to play
-provides lag free set up monitors to use free of charge
-changed the set ups to allow for an easier time recording and a high monitor to see finals of games easier
-is willing to pony up money so our ranbat seasons have payouts
-has put their own money into tourney pots to help increase attendance
-Allows BYOB and a minimal cover
Yes lets say suck it to the place that has done more for competitive FGs in the area than any other I know of since fun fair riiiiight. I mean new place cool whatever lets check it out but damn.
On a practical level, what about parking? Is there free parking, being downtown and all? Furthermore how far is accessible parking from your location? I dont know if you know this but most of us bring a full setup including monitor stick etc. I really dont want to be walking around with 500+ dollars worth of electronic equipment downtown for any farther than i have to. Being jacked on the way in or out would be disastrous.
We absolutely do not want to give off the impression that we’re trying to steal anyone else’s thunder. Which is why we changed the night to Friday. We want to have places for gamers to go and play, not compete with other venues. We wan to build the gaming community, not divide it.
@Hiryu, there is parking right next to the entrance as well as infront of the building. We will have parking attendances to make sure no one is in any danger.
