i’ll probably be up there on the 26th for both BB and MvC3. that could be disastrous.
If Milln isn’t wanting to run the bracket, I guess I can maybe, have to clear it up with Jason though. Jason will not be back here for a few months. I’ll probably get a AE/MVC3 tourney going at some point soon, Keep an eye out for an announcement in the next week or so.
Well like I said this was a spontaneous decision and I don’t think the guy running the BB tourney knew about the Memphis tourney. Regardless even if he did I can guarantee you he didn’t do this to compete with and/or replace the Memphis tourney.
I’ll let Milln know about the Memphis tourney and see what he says. If nothing else this was originally intended for the BB guys to play as well, I just wanted to let anyone else know who was interested.

Well the thing is that Milln is asking everyone to bring their own setups for that storage room, so we’ll likely have 5+ TVs for the tournament(s) so I figured they would want to just do it there with their stuff. I have no problems going back to the arcade though.

OK… so there IS a tourney for MvC3 in Nashville on the same date? If so, that is complete and utter bullshit! Oh well, I guess having to repsect everyones elses dates and such has never mattered! Nor the fact that Memphis has traveled religiously to support as many tournies as possible! So is life I guess…
How many people is this going to take away from Memphis though??? I only know Martin said he would be in Memphis that day. And he’s not going to change plans it sounds like… So I don’t really think this is going to be that big of an issue.

Brayz Broo starts at noon. Will be held in the storage room down the hall from the arcade. Marvel will be at approximately 4:30. After Blazblue is done. It will be in the arcade.
FEES - $15 for BB (including venue fee), $8 for Marvel, $6 if you entered the BB tourney. This includes venue.

Just to make this clear: This was a concept and idea of Milln and the BB guys. They asked us if we minded if they could add MVC3 to their tourney day.
And Grim, I think you have your numbers wrong. The way I had heard it was:
$10 cover for BB
$3 cover for Marvel
Looking at the whiteboard, it says $10 cover, $5 entry for BB alone.
Yeah, like I said before this was an idea for the Blazblue guys to do after our BB tourney is over with. I just posted it here for anyone else interested, not intending to take away from Memphis’ crowd.
But I doubt it will anyways, anyone already planning on going to memphis should do that, as this tournament starts at 4:30, and is not going to be an all day Marvel thing like Memphis.

Blazblue is actually $15. Marvel is $3 total I guess? Idk, not a lot regardless.
