Damn i’m late as usual lol.
Gg’s to all i played at hastings,clearly i am burned out from playing so much marvel so i’m taking a nice break from it at least until next weds. If anyone hosts this weekend i’ll come with a full set up and marvel lessons for those who are still learning but i wont be playing it too much at all.

As for the whole DGA thing i’ve only been mentioning it for like idk? 7 months now lol and i think we should go for it. Especially now more so that we have a solid group of ppl and regular gatherings.
And on the subject of getting nervous in tournaments i for one i’m actually the complete opposite lol i play more relaxed and better at tournament scenes than i do at regular gatherings but maybe is because i’m just used to it but to me the more intense the scene and players the better i perform. idk that’s just me.
and on a last note whoever hosts tonight or tomorrow or whatever please send me a text on my phone to let me know because i wont be online so i will probably miss the messages on here.
And one last thing yes i will be going to ARK so let’s make the plans and go get that money!

When Cylus was using him I remember him saying Zero has a hard time against proper zoning as well since he is vulnerable during all his cmd dashes.
Dudes gotta “plan” to go to ARK? Shit is nowhere from Memphis. You could go out to get something to eat, keep driving for a bit, and end up there. It’s nothing. Plus it also helps that the tournaments are always ran efficiently, nice comp from diff states, nice variety of games(peeps play everything there I swear), good amount of hype, and Max and Mike are cool as hell.
The best thing though…is that they FEED you. I’d go for this reason alone.
P.S. I’m driving but my car is filled with the usual nigglets: Marcus, Rell, Bishop, Melvin. And Gene, if Bishop pulls a Bishop.

I remember the morning of the ARK tourney when we knocked on Bishops door/ rang the doorbell for like 15 minutes before leaving for the tourney.

The end of the season is always so depressing for me. Nothing compares to how I felt after the Memphis vs Kansas national championship game though. Thats a wound that will never heal. I went to a Grizzlies game a couple weeks ago and people booe’d the hell out of darrell arthur whenever he checked into the game…he plays for the Grizzlies, lol!

Dimo, I’ve used Hulk since Day 1, and I still have some trouble against Zero. One lucky hit, and Hulk kills him. Otherwise, Zero flies around him like an annoying fly.
I’ve had some tournament heartbreak before too, but the teams I like (UNLV and Florida) either have a hard time getting in or just aren’t the same anymore, though can’t say I was mad when Florida won back to back titles ; )
yeah, i was playing some ranked today.played a few high ranked zeros, they were flying around me like mad, but one standing C was all it took with hulk, but its definitely obnoxious. I’ll have to give magneto a try as well.
Hulk’s standing H loses to Zero’s j. H (that multi-hitting spin) most of the time. Hulk’s dp gamma rush has worked for me more.
MODOK can rape Zero. Throw a shield up, stay inside it, and you’re free to punish his bs. But, who uses MODOK besides me… lol
