I dunno man, Blanka has only a few things he can do [gimmicks] and if you’ve played against the character before it’s not a big deal. I think any of the Blankas that have played me know if you already are aware of the tricks (I do use Blanka) then it kind of takes away from what he can do. You can’t random ball people unless they just don’t know wtf is going on. You can’t Rainbow Ball EX them. That is so first week of the game coming out.

But I gotta say, “random” is the best thing as being unpredictable is what keeps you winning, but you still need to know wtf you are doing.

I’ve heard that excuse from so many people: “that guy plays random” “I got randomed out” LOL

Yeah that’s very true… I have just had good luck running into players that dont know the match up very well because they dont have good blanka players in their area… I try not to rely on the wakeup ex ball like I have seen some blanka players do or the cross up ball either…

I love playing blanka but there is only so far I can get with him before running into the players that really know their ish and just stuff everything I do/try…

Blanka was better in EX3 , the ball was safe then ,and then there’s the grab Ultra

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one playing EX @ FR , looks likre some people still think its tournament savvy

I would bet my life savings you couldn’t beat any Blanka let alone Jan’s with your lame Cody and uber garbage Akuma.

:lol: Should have been at Hastings Wednesday and you would have thought otherwise. And ya my AK is garbage right now, why you ask? Because I’ve played Cody for the last year. And for the record, I have been training with AK a lot lately trying to change back, ask a few peeps before bashing. Just sayin’.

Every time I play against Blanka, my first thought is always “Ug…I hate this green mofo.”

I’ve noticed (at least online) that Blanka palyers tend to be the most impatient people and you can make a majority of the players do stupid, unsafe things by just turtling and teching throws.

… Yeah I’m one of those sometimes but I do that with every character… I’m way to impatient… Maybe that’s why my rushdown Dhalsim fails so many times…

LOL it sure as hell is… I would love to be able to say I kick ass with him but…nope…

I picked up Zangief a while back so I could learn some patience and let things come to me or set things up slower and it’s helped a lot… It only took me getting s.HK by a bison player for 2 rounds straight for me to chill the heck down…hahaha

I’m pretty sure if Squabbler used Sagat/Balrog and you used Cody/Akuma it would be the same thing. Not sure what there is to brag about there.
