Digimon rumble arena tiers?
Mid tier Dragon gundam? Rising Flag is the most retarded oki move in the history of history, and he can do an unblockable setup off of it (spear stab) or mixup and hit confirm into super any time the flag hits you, both of which go back into flag.
Also, what does Master Gundam have? I haven’t messed around with him much,but Burning Gundam seemed to be 100000000x better in every way

Has anyone ever made a Tier List for Street Fighter: The Movie?
I only played it once but I remember Akuma being a cheap bastard because his fireballs were like 3x faster than anyone elses and he would spam them constantly, and since the game was full of MK walkers you had no choice but to block them since he would Shoryuken you the instant you got in the air.

Unfortunately, it appears no youtube videos exist for it, so you’ll have to go in blind.
I will say, though, the bosses share command lists with Terry, Andy or Joe, and they’re static, so Geese’s Reppuken is always Geese’s Reppuken.
You can also still do co-op against the CPU, leading to weird matches like Duck & Duck vs. Duck (a three-way mirror? Yes please!), or Terry & Geese vs. Raiden.
Palette

[]Duck, Richard, Michael and Tung get strange palettes in Happy Park, Dream Amusement Park, Southtown Bridge and Geese Building.
[]Similarly, Hwa, Raiden, Billy and Geese have funky colors in West Subway, Pao Pao Cafe, Sound Beach and Howard Arena. There appears to be one ‘set’ of palettes for each of the two halves of the game, and it loads the second set after getting to Hwa.
[]Since Hwa Jai has been mentioned, if there’s more than one Hwa involved in a match, anyone using his palette changes color when a Hwa becomes drunk. Look for the stance to tell if you are or not.

Gameplay

[]Can jump freely between lines even in a one-line stage, or be sent there as the result of an attack (Duck’s cannonball). If you do, you get stuck bouncing, but taking no damage. Press A and B to jump back to the main line immediately after getting up.

[]Michael Max can jump. He just has no air attacks.
[]All bosses, save for ‘normal’ Tung can throw (‘Beast’ Tung can, however). Characters react strangely to boss throws.

God-tier: Mongo (EASILY, fucking atomic bombs n’ shit, not to mention about 8 other special moves)
High-tier: Gunner (can shoot high-damaging bullet projectiles in just about any direction)
Mid-tier: Hiryu, Viper, Santana (his grapple makes up for everything)
Shit-tier: Kane, Tasha (I swear she has like one move.), possibly Hanna
