Seems unlikely, it looks too 3D to me… The SNES couldn’t handle something like that I think, even though it’s very basic. Unless the SNES version was prerendered instead.
FX Fighter was being developed for SNES. It was going to use the SuperFX Microchip which allowed the SNES to run basic 3D games (Stunt Race FX, Dirt Trax, Star Fox).
It showed up in game magazines as a game coming to the SNES but it never actually got released. I think it only got released as a PC game.

Tough Guy looks like fun. It seems to run best in DOSBox.
You have to run “setup.exe” to configure buttons. Its not in english though.
If you are going to try it and want to set up your keyboard, this is how to do it:

Foo was funny as hell in those games.
Playing whatever is fun. A lot of people like to keep things simple or it seems like work.
Tough Guy looks pretty damn weird. I would assume top tier in the game is probably someone with a superior keep away game. The entire rebuild life system seems really stupid. I wonder if it’s worth actually checking out. Sometimes I can’t resist playing shitty fighters.
By the way, does anyone have a tier list for Fight Fever on the Neo Geo/MVS? REally shitty game, not sure if it's been mentioned yet in this threadCalm down peeps its guys opinion. Although I love SSBM im not a retard or ignorant. MvC2 is gdlk but please but ignore the dummies. Dont hit me!!

I highly endorse this. Is there any way we can play any of these terrible games with netplay though? If so I’d love to drop some Street Fighter The Movie, I haven’t seen a proper tier list for that. I love me some terrible fighting games.

"Guile is top tier because of his tracking sonic boom infinite across screen. no charge time on it. Sonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonicsonic.
Possible 2nd tiers: Balrog because he walks faster than everything else in the game. Balrog has the potential to win a match against Guile if he can either counterhit guile out of the sonic boom or block the flash kick at the start and then punish. It’s a mindgame of which to do and it’s in Guile’s favor. he has a 1-9 matchup against guile i’d say.
Dhalsim’s rh slide crosses the screen under guile’s sonic booms but guile can block/punish as he’ll expect it. Dhalsim has a chance to win against guile too because of this but it’s very low. 0.5-9.5 matchup with guile.
Ken’s RH hurricane kick crosses the screen nearly instantly and all the hits hit. 2 of them will dizzy 95% of the time. It passes through many fireballs. like a 0.1-9.9 matchup with guile.
Ryu’s hurricane kick knocks down so sometimes it’s unsafe on hit because he’ll be stuck doing it for quite a while after the opponent gets up. However it goes through fireballs. Ryu’s FP shoryu crosses the screen through fireballs, can potentially hit guile if guile doesn’t get his infinite fast enough however this is still pretty much a 9.9-0.1 matchup in favor of guile.
Honda’s hundred hand slap shoots fireballs, but otherwise he’s worthless.
Blanka makes cool CPS1 sounds. His lightning shoots fireballs sometimes. He’s worthless though.
Vega is the same vega, not so good in this game.
Bison would be extremely broken in any other street fighter. He’s champion edition bison, broken, but now improved as his psycho crusher goes ridiculously fast and his slide crosses the screen quickly. Air psycho crusher is neat but not that interesting.
Sagat is a less broken ryu/ken but still fucking stupid."

Butouden 2 was already done as was Hyper Dimension. Broly is no where near Goku. And Cell is terrible.
In Hyper Dimension a case can be made for Gohan as third but Goku and Vegetto are tied for number one easily.
Freeza is certainly not last with such a versatile move list and great normals. Cell is certainly not high with his horrid normals. And Goku damn sure isn’t a gimmick character.
Imo, HD goes something like
SS: Vegito
S: Goku, Gohan
A: Kid Buu
B: Piccolo, Frieza, Gotenks
C: Cell
D: Fat Buu
Gohan has a redizzy too but it’s not really practical like Goku & Tenks. But he has guard cancels damn near for free and all his stuff is safe on block. But it’s really splitting hairs at a certain point. Goku, Gohan, Vegito are top 3, Fat buu is the worst, everyone else kind of falls in that in between area.

And I don’t think Gotenks infinite is practical at all. Not compared to Goku’s and Vegetto’s.
And you forgot Vegeta on your list. Also I really feel like Kid Buu could have been top but since you can block his jumping attacks low it knocks him down a peg for free. Definitely think Freiza is tops though or at least high.

For the most part though me and Forte pretty much agree on who is good and who sucks. Maybe the degree of goodness and suckage varies, but overall it’s the same.

I did forget Vegeta, he’s the same as Gotenks. Kid Buu is just annoying as fuck because of air dash/short hop fireball zoning. I’ll prolly put up some more stuff in the next week or so, and I’d be down to play online if you catch me, just pm or w/e.
Oh yea Gohan infinite is like deep jump in B, YYY, dash punches. I don’t even think it works unless you’re close to/in the corner, and then on smaller guys it’ll prolly whiff a dash punch.
Yes. His aerial fb’s are dumb as hell.
Plus his head whip has crazy range, it’s fast and since it’s a special it does chip. It’s silly. At least Piccolos mystic arms are kinda slow.
I feel like Kid Buu and Frieza can switch spots on the tiers with each other depending on what you think is more important. Versatility overall (Freeza) or good zoning and better abuse of guard cancelling (Kid Buu)

I haven’t felt pressured by Vegetto players compared to other characters so am reluctant to place him as top tier. Maybe it’s the way i play (or the lack of active players around me) but :wtf: is there a competitive scene?

Broly not high tier? safe throw, buffed stats all round, but only has links not cancels so… ok. I don’t favor him just saw exploitable bonus.
Cell has a ki-less ki-shield, taioken, and easy link ki blasts. but then i don’t favor him either. I should have just placed my personal tier (who i’m best at) list rather than my general tier (who i’ve seen others play best with) list.
Gohan is not my fav but i’m pretty sure his counter ability make him my best to use. as forte stated he’s also relatively safe.
imho… Frieza, like Piccolo, needs more work for players to get similar rewards. I have a few mitigating methods for both (there mid and up for me) but haven’t seen them used too well by my friends. Piccollo is my 2nd fav, probably my 4th best though and my Freiza likely competes with him. I take it he’s your fav?
iirc Cell’s TK grab beats most blocking foes. haven’t seen it exploited on Youtube let alone by a friend. i’m sure there are those better than me (and he’s not my best) but his combos and avoidance games are pretty solid.
freeza has a cmd grab and a few safe block strings because of it, his big blast is good for wake up. Still seems a harder win then Cell.
i’m weak with mr.buu but seen him counter like gohan, AI like combos too. beyond my top 4 (and Fat Buu) the rest are relatively close and preference to me.
iirc most of roster has a redizzy option (but I have not used redizzies in 10 yrs)
As i said I’ll have to look to look at the tier list. I’m interested in the reasoning (and like to think I’m relatively still good at them, :bluu: could be wrong)

Nah, Vegetto is my fave.
Frieza is just really strong at mid range with solid pokes and ways to keep people out and ways to get in. He is lacking in the AA department and lacks really high damaging combos.
But bottom tier?
No. Fat Buu and Cell are far worse then Frieza.
Fat Buu’s specials are just horrendous and unsafe.
Cell has some cool stuff about him but his normals kill him. Frieza has great normals and great specials. He simply can’t be on the same level as them.
