superman can be stupidly good on task force on the snes. ice breath inf and thats it.
tf is actually quite playable on snes despite some bs that can be done, it got some interesting zoning game and some combos too.

SNES version is amazing. It’s far from shitty. It’s like ST Beta. But with TMNT. Thus, making it that much more awesome. GEN version was just hot garbage.
SNES TF was Raph, War and probably Chromedome (dizzy combo on turtles is too good. So is ground spark) or Armagon for top 3. Sabre and a few others know more about the tier list than I do. But I know Raph and War are tops and I know who’s good and who isn’t. I just don’t know their exact spots on the tier list.

Sissy could do crazy chip damage with his version of HHS (hundred hand slap). Plus he had the best projectile in the game.
April was basically zangief, but with Chun-Li priority and spacing abilities.
