Huh? Taking a defensive posture isn’t necessarily the wrong choice. He does have good pressure at time, but its not like I’m getting mixed-up or anything. Just blocking is fine. If you wait for your moments, Blade has plenty of holes. Either way me saying ‘overrated’ is in response to saying he’s at the top of A tier which I think is wrong. He is still in A tier, and obviously not a shitty character.

There is a very specific reason why Yoshi grouped the characters in the order he did. 
I’ve seen Y-1 in action, so that I understand. Saki though? And Tekkaman? Really? What’s changed? Would someone explain why these characters are so good, or at least tell me where I can find out?
Yoshi and Phampy are trolling. Of course PTX will be SS because he is a mini boss character. Everyone must take what Yoshi says about TvC about other characters with a grain of salt. As far as Rotanibor sure all characters have holes but I would say Blade is higher than Zero and Ken. Ken is too basic and his bird shoot dash is his only good attack IMO. Ill gladly MM you Rotanibor Ken/Ippatsuman vs Blade/Morrigan.

now been serious what your opinion on joe the condor guys, i use him, an to be honest, i think he is on the top B, dont really see him on A, but joe the condor is part of my main team, i really dont care much about tiers in a game like tatsunoko anyway any thought on joe the condor?
There is zero data on Joe the Condor at a tournament level. Parts of my list were jokes and parts serious, but when I listed him as ? tier, I was serious. He is so unplayed in the TvC scene you can’t tier him. I don’t think he is a terrible character but its hard to say. If I had to guess I’d say mid C tier on my list. I have a bunch of ideas on how to play him but don’t really have the time to put it into practice.
Also on my list move Morrigan up to low B. I put her in low C to troll Tron but he didn’t bite.

So as far as the tier list, you all know my reason. I am saying that Doronjo, Blade, Zero and Polimar are the most solid characters in the game that have very good tools to adapt to many situations. All the other characters may too but I find these top 4 characters have the greatest comeback potential too.

I’m pretty sure Yattaman-2 is better than Polimar.
Yatterman-2 is like a shitty Akuma who can not dish out the damage. She has the tools but not the damage and health.
