Hey guys. just want to apologize for being so cranky tonight. I thought about it on the ride home as to why I was getting so upset and my only conclusion came to sleep deprivation. I only get about 2-3 hours of sleep on work nights and working gets me pretty stressed out.
I think knowing this now I won’t be going to anymore sessions on work nights/had work prior.
