Damn that was fun shit tonight. Great turn out again, thanks all for making it. Didn’t get as many games in the first half due to rolling the ‘party bus’ around to pick up some peeps, but got a lot of good gaming in the second half. Good to meet ya Alex, Panda back in the house, and a shout out to Teddy (mohawk) for wanting to mix it up in everything his first night there. MvC2 for a long ass time, Brawl was on the table but never got broke out, and the usual SSF4 throwdown. Thanks for the Guile tips btw BBH. Yeah, for the hype meter nothin does it like Bomberman at the end of the night. Got loud as fuck, especially when Angel came back and won it at the exact moment Mackenzie and I ended our match set Ibuki v Cammy. That ended the night, played until about 3:30am when we all finally got the boot. That’s the latest we’ve run yet. Here are a couple of pics, I missed some good shots from earlier in the night with the first wave of people, but got Bomberman hype included.

We’re not sure yet if it will be happening next week due to Thanksgiving, and then after that it will be the first Thursday which we don’t host on, so at most we’ll be back in three weeks. As things have been going pretty strong, probably going to bring in some new stuff we it comes back. I know Sam Y wants to introduce a few things now that we’re past this first stage. We are finally back this Thursday at 7pm for more casuals at Purest Cafe. We have a few extra things planned for this week including a dedicated training room station and a tournament or 2. The tournament will probably be free to enter (you still need to pay the venue fee) and start around 10pm
This event is tomorrow! We usually have 20 players or so show up. Hope to see some new faces 
Glad to hear there’s going to be a level up station. Any clue as to what type of tournament is going to be held?
It’s been a minute, been busy as shit but I think that is the common condition right now. Also glad this is kicking back up, ready to get a lot of games in.
A couple o’ things with the format. Aside from getting a bunch of fun games in, we will be running a weekly tourney inside the event mainly for the fun of it, but also to work with peeps to improve/motivate people. Of course it is all voluntary, people can also continue to play whatever game as the tourney is going.
For the training station, it is just for peeps to kick it on, work on combos and whatnot, and even sit down with one of the other players and get input on their game.
