Welcome to the Zeku Combo Thread. Feel free to post combos you’ve seen or discovered and I’ll add them to the compilation.

PLEASE! follow this key when posting combos to avoid confusion.

Combos will be organized with Old form first and Young form second.
Combos will be verified before being posted here.

NOTE: Combos were performed on Ryu, during Season 2. Combos and their damage/stun may change in future seasons.

Combo Legend/Key:

  • -> = Link. You connect one Normal with another. Works only if the normal/move has enough frame advantage.
  • xx = Cancel. This means that you cancel your Normal/Special into a Special/CA Move.
  • CC = Crush Counter. A counter-hit that staggers or crushes the opponent, adding more hit stun than normal, allowing for more damage & exclusive combos.
  • CH = Counterhit. You hit the opponent during their start-up with a faster normal/move.
  • CA = Critical Art.
  • VS = V-Skill.
  • VT = V-Trigger.
  • VT act. = V-Trigger activation (HP+HK)
  • VT dc = V-Trigger dash cancel (HP+HK anytime after activation)
  • VT end = V-Trigger ender (HP+HK anytime after VT dc)
  • st. = standing
  • cr. = crouching
  • jc. = jump cancel
  • (999/999)= The first number shows the damage the Combo will deal, the second number shows the stun the Combo will deal.

This is better damage if you cancel in his CA. If you want meterless damage (and you’re point blank) you can go for st hk, walk forward, st hp xx mk back scythe, mk forward scythe

Looks like old Zeku’s hit confirms are going to all be s MK, s MP, HK DP. Only s MK forces standing, so it’s pretty wack to do s MK, s MP, QCB+LK since it misses crouchers.

Old Zeku wanting a big non meter combo, like VS a stunned opponent, j HP, c HP, QCB+MK, QCF+MK does 288 and is Super cancellable.

I’ll be honest, I’m just going to use these 2 combos to beat Survival LUL

why would you go into qcb+lk if you didnt already confirm the combo. st.mk st.mp qcb+lk qcf+lk does more damage than just ending in dp.

240 damage is respectable meterless without a jump.

heres my stuff

With young zeku you can do st mp>hp xx mp shoulder, vskill, then forward mk scythe on their wake up.
The combo itself does 217 damage (while ending with mp palm instead of vskill gives you 224), but the scythe at the end does 14 chip damage so overall you do more damage, and you prevent people from jumping, counter hit jabs and it’s safe against most ex reversals (like ryu’s and karin’s for example)

Hey guys, I’ve just uploaded a new combo video for Zeku!

That was better than Desk’s video. Good job.

After EX qcf.K as Old Zeku you can dash qcf.LK and it will beat 3f moves if they quick rise.

I’ll work on transcribing the videos though it may take some time.

Playing around with Young Zeku’s throw target combo outside of the corner as it leaves you quite far away so it looks like you can’t really get much as there isn’t time to dash in ( though if you manage to land with your back directly against the wall you are pretty much right on top of them and you’ve gained the corner advantage, which is huge for being able to confirm off a light). Though with a very slight walk forward you can go into a few options midscreen. Here’s one I found, spending 2 EX to get a full stun. This is against Cammy’s st.jab, haven’t actually tested it against anyone else yet, but it looks viable with a bit of tweaking.

It’s safe to just throw out the MP>HP as if they don’t press anything then the MP will whiff and the HP won’t come out leaving you time to confirm.

This might be a little gimmicky, it’s not super consistent, but it works. Can be done midscreen but very distance specific so wouldn’t rely on it all, it also needs to be done on anticipation, so it’s there if you have a hard read on someone.

Don’t know if that was already discovered,but j.mp in young form put the opponent in juggle state. Atm I’ve been able to combo after it only with CA. Not bad if someone think young Zeku hasn’t many AA options.

Young Zeku can get St.Mp->St.Mp target combo by doing a slight walk forward.

Also, if you do st.MP x Microwalk x st.MP x CA, Guy will drop off a pair of Nikes on your doorstep the next day.
