Take away the :l: attacks, especially j:l: ones as much as possible because they add lots of HSD to combos. Also, the lesser attacks you do before the zip, the easier it is to perform. Check the combo thread for more info. You can take ideas from there to make combos of your own.

Yeah that’s the one from the guide IIRC and it’s as easy as it gets. 600k damage and 15% meter loss.
Honestly though, learn how to OTG with web zip and tackle webthrows and assists mid combo, Spidey’s damage output is kinda meh and you really need to squeeze as much damage as possible. It’s not hard, just takes a bit of practice.
I wouldn’t say it’s meh. He averages the same amount he did before and with new setups actually does more damage than before on average. Considering no one really tried to go for his 900 to 1M combos before.

Well like I was saying I was demonstrating the idea but yes like Airborne said those were the easier intermediate/advanced set ups. You can actually take most of his combos and make them into good 700K type combos using this finisher so long as you finish near a corner. Like I said when I first discovered this set up, if Spidey/Doom-b was used at it’s fullest potential you would see this combo a lot making Spidey look somewhat like Spencer.
Blackninja you have to be juggling the opponent. Look up Spiderman Combos Explained on youtube.

I was talking about the Vanilla combos actually, but yes, those apply as well. Sometimes I wonder if I should actually pick Doom up, but I’m not a fan of picking up characters without faces. ;o

I see. But isn’t that the second time you use sting/bite? They don’t seem to bounce as much anymore after the first sting/bite. I was under the impression that you can’t do sting/bite into web throw twice in one combo without using assists.

Oh no Doom’s missiles OTG going up and down. You just have to position Spidey in such a way that when Doom comes out the missiles pop out under the opponent. Hence why kara stings allow this to happen. I believe Doom is the only one with a double OTG property. Deadpool maybe but not so much as an OTG but more so of a ground bounce reset, if that’s even still in the game.

You should explore Spidey/MODOK sinergy since you like faces so much.

If you did not call Doom, then the L web throw wouldn’t hit since you’ve already used the ground bounce.
Now I really wanna play to learn this combo and see Hidden Missiles OTG coming up
